1) The four-person team is self-administered and is reviewed by an administrator each month. A review every day, weekly summary.

2) Two aspects of assessment: five disciplines and five health items.

Discipline: attendance, pre-class preparation, inter-class performance, upper class, road team.

Hygiene: value day, table and bench protection, utensil placement, confetti, personal hygiene.

3) Reward method: select one excellent administrator for each group every week. Excellent team members each have a big red flower.
