One. Student situation analysis:
My class is one of the 18 parallel classes in the first year of high school. There are now 55 students, including 25 boys and 30 girls, most of whom are from the Chengguan area. Among all 55 people, 48 students were enrolled, 7 were transferred, and the average enrollment was 579. Judging from the situation that has been mastered, the economic situation of the students in my class is generally good, and there are no students with particularly difficult life. Therefore, a lot of students in my class have a weak self-care ability. They are still more than eating and wearing. If many students are not willing to eat in the school cafeteria, they like to go shopping outside the school to eat; some students are not well folded. The clothes will not be washed or washed cleanly; the school rules will be taken to steal the mobile phone into the school; the phenomenon of carrying a lot of cash with them can be found. Among them, five or six students are less self-disciplined and should be the focus of class discipline work during the semester.
In terms of learning, most of the students are more conscious. According to the teacher of the class, the classroom atmosphere is more active, and the students are more courageous and dare to speak and question. However, as a class teacher , I have noticed more that the students in my class are not able to learn from the shortcomings of being active. This immature self-confidence can easily become self-defeating once it is hit by the test scores. Therefore, the focus of my class's semester study work should be to enable students to develop serious and rigorous study habits so that they do not lose their fighting spirit because of temporary setbacks. In addition, some students in my class have very low enrollment results, which leads to no interest and confidence in learning. Some students have already had serious partial psychology, and they have to try to solve or make up this semester.

In the three years of high school, the final result of the students depends largely on the habit of high school. Therefore, one of the slogans I proposed for the class this semester is: Habits determine a lifetime. To cultivate habits, we must start with little things. For example, when leaving school three times a day, the class requires students to clean up the table, put the chair under the table, keep it horizontal and vertical; clean the area to clean, leave no dead ends; If you want to complete the work without fail, you can't scribble it, and you will find all the redo and so on. In short, in all respects, students are strictly required to do according to the regulations of the school and check every day. Within three months, I have to die with this class and find that the wrong place is always criticized for rectification. There is only one purpose, and strive to make our class students develop good study habits and living habits in the first year of high school. This is the fundamental guarantee for the results.
As a student, the most important task is to learn. For high school freshmen, the key is to form a learning method that is suitable for you. Therefore, another slogan I gave to the whole class this semester is: the master of learning. Specifically, students are required to develop their own learning plans according to their own strengths and weaknesses, study their own learning plans, and ask them to solve problems in the first time. On the teacher's teaching rhythm and ideas, if you have the strength, you can arrange your own time to actively expand the knowledge outside the classroom and learn to learn independently. In this regard, the school has already thought of the front, the "late self-study time allocation table" issued at the beginning of the school is very instructive and has effectively promoted our work. In addition, most of the freshmen are between the ages of 15 and 17. The students in this age group are in the transition period from youth to youth. The competition in the study is very intense and will definitely give Students bring greater psychological pressure. In this case, it is inevitable that students will look for emotional support. Therefore, it is especially necessary to prevent early love in the first stage. According to my experience, if this problem can be prevented in the first year of high school, it is better to go to the second and third year of high school. In response to this problem, I have already given the whole class a vaccination during the entrance education. I sternly warned students that in the three years of high school, there are no male or female points. Everyone is neutral. When you come to one, it is the only goal to get into an ideal university. The source and structure of the high school students may be the most complex of the nine parallel classes.
