I have a total of 44 students, including 18 boys and 26 girls, and the number of men and women is unbalanced. Students from the surrounding villages, there are great differences in personality, study habits, etc., including 5 class cadres, there are no special students.

In terms of morality, the students of this class love school and class, unite, improve their thinking, observe discipline, respect teachers, and love labor. Can follow the "primary school code" to regulate their words and deeds. However, due to various reasons, some students still have self-centered and weak religious concepts, which can be transformed through collective education. In terms of learning, students in this class love to learn and have good study habits. Most of the lectures were attended with great concentration, and the work was beautiful and generous. Individual students have poor study habits, and they cannot concentrate on listening and speaking. Individual counseling and special attention are needed. Most of the parents are farmers. Parents can support the work of teachers, but they do not attach importance to parenting education. They can hope to actively cooperate with teachers and jointly educate children. Class characteristics, students in this class love learning and discipline. Male life is splashing, moving, and loving performance; girls are quiet, cute, and do not like publicity. In general, the class features are relatively stable, but they are stable and live.

Strengthen the cultivation of behavioral norms, cultivate students' good behavior habits, continue to love class education, unite students' education, and do a good job in mental health education.
Specific work:
1. Continue to improve the routine development education of fifth-grade students and cultivate good behavior.
2. Do a good job in class health management, students' daily behavior training, and strive to create a model class for health and civilization.
3. Do a good job in self-protection education for each student, enhance safety awareness, and form certain abilities.
4. Do a good job in the mental health education of each student so that their body and mind can develop healthily.
5. Make students love science, study science, and actively explore new knowledge.

Encourage students to actively participate in school and class activities, strive for excellent results, exercise ability, and cultivate their collective sense of honor.

Carry out a rich and colorful theme class team meeting, enhance the cohesiveness of the class in the group activities, and form a good class style.

Establish a sound evaluation system, and establish a comprehensive quantitative evaluation column in the class. Students can score points at any time if they perform well in one aspect. Establish a "learning group" for the class, with a group of four students in front and back, and select the team leader. Personal hygiene is checked daily by the health committee.
Comprehensive performance in all aspects, combined with the records of the health committee, a "health model" is selected once a week.

In the work of moral education, we must keep consistent with school education, do a good job in the education environment of the class, and post the slogan of "unity, diligence, truth-seeking and innovation" in the class. Cultivate the responsibility of the class cadres and students, and call on them to actively help the students who are late. In the principle of "grasping two ends and bringing the middle", the class teacher does not neglect the middle students, so that they are also concerned by the teachers, have the motivation to be positive, and thus become excellent students. The class teacher should "learn the high school as a teacher, and the body is the norm", always be a model for students, and teaching is more important than teaching.
