Second education training class cadres

The class teacher should not only make orders, but also educate and train the class cadres. In the class and class activities, in the recommendation of other teachers, I noticed which classmates are more daring and more capable. After that, many activities or things are usually hosted by the students themselves. For example, the weekly class will first summarize the class situation by the student cadres. On some issues that need attention, the cadres will remind them. On the issues that need to be discussed, the class cadres will comment on the classmates, and then I will summarize them. I often educate them to establish a sense of glory and responsibility for collective service. They are required to study hard, unite their classmates, and lead by example. They are encouraged to work boldly and strictly, and pay attention to working methods. Of course, the elected cadres are not perfect after all, so they should not be overly demanding and accused, especially when they make mistakes in their work.

If you want students to do what they want, they must be connected with each other in their minds, their thoughts and work will be done well, and other problems will be solved. I deeply feel that ideological education is very important. In this respect, I mainly have the following practices:

Students go to school to study, on the one hand, to learn cultural knowledge, and on the other hand, to learn to be human. For some students who have ideological fluctuations, emotional instability, doubts in learning, or other aspects that require teachers to teach, teachers should give help and guidance patiently and in a targeted manner. For those students who are more naughty and often make mistakes, there are some reasons why they don’t understand, but they don’t want to think about it, forget to do it, and always make a lot of excuses for themselves after making mistakes. The teacher must patiently look for the students to talk and do their ideological work. The number of times, the teacher can not help but feel tired and "sore iron is not steel" disappointment, then the teacher should control his emotions, try not to temper the students, strong criticism is needed, but still try to use ideological education as Lord, let alone abuse. When something that makes me angry is happening, I take a calm approach, don't talk to the students first, wait for myself to calm down and re-adjust my thoughts, and then talk to the students in another way. At this time, the peace of mind, clear thinking, conversation can often achieve good results.

4. Coordinating the relationship with teachers and parents.

It is impossible for the class teacher to succeed in education based on his own prestige and strength. It is necessary to strive for the teachers and parents of the class to have consistent requirements and attitudes towards the students, and to exchange views with them from time to time in order to promote the progress of the entire class. At this point, I often use the opportunity to eat in the lounge or gather together to communicate with the teacher of the department. What is the overall situation? Which students have progressed and have regressed? Which students are in violation of discipline? Any opinions and opinions? I also have the flexibility to deal with problems and situations, so that students are aware of the importance of these problems. Due to the limitations of our schools and parents, it is not realistic to open parents. Therefore, we can only contact parents by phone or on the road. Every time I try to let the other parents know about their children's recent situation in a short time, and hope that they can also strengthen the management of parent education and work together to train their children. Especially for underachievers, it is more frequent contact with their parents, I hope they can improve, whether in learning or in thinking.

Five existing problems

Class management is well organized and a "strict" word has to be added. The love for the students is indispensable, but the strictness of the students is not to be lost. Although I realized this, my requirements for them are not very strict. Although several severe strikes were carried out in the class, only the thunder was loud and the rain was small.
