Sixth, the game rules time totals 30 minutes in total:

1. Cross-examination rules Each team member's speech should include two parts: answer and question. The answer should be concise and the questions should be clear.

2, free debate rules Free debate speech must be alternated between the two teams, first by a team member of the square, and then a member of the opposing party, the two sides take turns until the time runs out.
Each team takes time to accumulate calculations. When one party ends, it begins to calculate the other party's time.
In the total time, the order, frequency and time of each team member's speech are not limited.
If the time of one team has been used up, the other team can give up the speech, or they can take turns to speak until the time runs out. Giving up the speech does not affect the scoring.
3. During the debate, the parties may not read the manuscript prepared in advance or display the prepared chart, but may present a summary of the cited book or newspaper.
4. During the competition, the defender shall not leave the seat and shall not disturb the other party or the defender of the party.

The standard of language and language, the speed of speech, and the fluency of language, is contagious and reflects the beauty of Mandarin.
Respect the opponents in the debates and respect the chairman, judges and audience. Decent manners, showing good moral cultivation. Dare to innovate, be brave in performance, have the unique style of the team, and run through the whole.
