Recruitment purpose:

I hope that the volunteers of this semester will be able to take the loyalty of this semester seriously in a more responsible manner. Volunteer recruitment requirements:

Recruitment process:

1. Kindergarten: accept registration → collect lesson plans → screen lesson plans → attend interviews → conduct training

2, the national group, the national group: accept registration → participate in the interview → collect the lesson plans → improve the lesson plans → conduct training

Recruitment:

1. On the evening of March 4th, a mobilization meeting will be held for the volunteers of each class, mainly introducing the progress of the semester's ethics and the details of volunteer recruitment, and distributing recruitment brochures and registration forms.

2. On March 5th, the Youth Association’s officers went to various classes for publicity when they read early. Two officers sent two leaflets to the entrance of the dining hall.

3. On March 5th and 6th, volunteers from each class will inform the class and accept the registration.

4. On March 7 and 8th, the registration forms of the volunteers of each class will be collected, and the teaching plans of the kindergarten group will be screened to inform the candidates of the teaching plan to participate in the interview.

5. Interview on the evening of March 9 and interviews in two groups. During the interview, the officer will ask relevant questions based on the development of the righteousness, and then select according to the performance of the interviewer.

6. The responsible officer will group the volunteers who have passed the interview. Then, according to the wishes of the volunteers and other considerations, the volunteers will be divided into two teams, and the volunteers will be responsible for all the activities of the semester.

7. The volunteers who have been selected as the national team and the Guozhong group will submit a copy of the teaching plan for the teachers to be audited by the teachers. At the latest, all the lesson plans will be collected.

On the 8th, 14th and 15th, the officers will modify the deficiencies in the collection of the lesson plans, and contact the volunteers to send back the lesson plans and prepare various charity issues.

Training carried out:

1. Each meeting of the charity is only held once, but the lead officer must keep in touch with the volunteers in order to help the volunteers prepare for the righteousness.

2, initially scheduled for the evening of the 16th, led by the team officer, according to the group of the righteous teachers, divided into three groups at the same time training.

3. The training includes: introducing the progress of the activities of the charity, briefing on the goals and plans of the charity activities of the semester, introducing the basic outline of the schools of the righteous education, reminding the volunteers of relevant precautions, re-familiar with the lesson plans, and so on.

Precautions:

1. Each team must have an officer to contact the volunteers who have passed the interview to inform the time and place of the meeting.

2. At the time of interview, those with a good faith experience are preferred.

3. Make a leaflet before March 4th and assign the officer to carry out the publicity work; and prepare the registration form, including: the name, class, dormitory number, contact information, hobbies or specialties of the applicant.

4, 9 days before applying to the classroom, as a place for interview volunteers: a small classroom as a waiting room, and then two small classrooms or a large classroom as an interview area.

5, teaching requirements: equivalent to preparing lessons; content includes: the theme of the righteousness, activity process, teaching content, precautions and so on.

6. The number of volunteers to be recruited in each group must be determined after the interview, according to the number of classes applied to the school.

7. Prepare the interview questions. The specific questions are based on the school's situation; develop an interview evaluation level.

8. Encourage the two to participate in the team, just indicate when signing up and need to participate in the interview together.

This is a rare opportunity to help children improve their ideology and culture, as well as to find happiness in the process of educating their children and to educate themselves.
