College students visit creative combination laboratory planning book
Purpose and significance of the event:
In the group of college students, they will cultivate the ideological spark of innovative spirit, carry forward the character of knowledge and knowledge, and promote the spirit of independent development of science and technology projects;
Provide students with a stage to show their self, actively improve the independent development ability of college students, and enrich the students' after-school life;
Promote the sense of cooperation and teamwork among students, and expand the horizons and thinking of college students.

1. In the preparation stage, through the cooperation of the Robot Enthusiast Association, members of the Ministry of Science and Technology will be organized to conduct experiments and operations. Two weeks before the event, they will prepare to meet the 07 freshmen to visit, and prepare related works and their programs.
Two days before the official visit, the prepared work was commissioned again. Divide the members of the Robotics Association into groups, each responsible for one or two works, and explain them during the visit.
2. Propaganda work A few days before the event, the Propaganda Department of the Electromechanical Student Union will be sent out a publicity board, and the publicity board will be guarded on both sides of the main road of the school, and the content, theme, purpose and significance of the event will be promoted.
In the name of the Student Union of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Notify all 07 students in written form, and instruct relevant personnel to be responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of the event.
Second, the event venue layout
1. Event Venue: Creative Combination Lab - Room 302, West Third Floor;
2. On-site layout and decoration of creative combination laboratory with banners and other items;
One computer per lab table and one or two works are placed for the students to watch live works demonstrations;
There must be at least 2 members of the Robot Enthusiasm Association on each experimental table to demonstrate the work, and patiently explain to the 07 students, and answer their questions seriously.
3. The rest area is placed on the north side of the laboratory for the students to rest;
Some tea will be prepared in the lab to serve the students.
4. The work organization department of each department is well organized and coordinated;
The Ministry of Science and Technology is responsible for supervising the order of live events;
Other personnel maintain the order of the scene and the handling of emergencies;
The Ministry of Science and Technology arranges 2 members each day to carry out reception work in the playground and guide the party team to the event site.
Third, visit specific arrangements
1. Entry stage After the military training at night, students begin to enter the Creative Combination Laboratory at 302 West Third Floor of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at 7:30. From Monday, the 17th to the Saturday of the 22nd, we entered the company in a row from six consecutive rows. First, bring the party team into the hall, and the person in charge will give a detailed introduction about the visit.
In order to improve the enthusiasm of the students, the lab will show all the works that have been done to the students.
2. After entering the laboratory during the visit phase, visit in order. Generally divide the party team into 6 parts, 4 parts to visit the works, 2 parts to visit the demonstration props, and then exchange the location of the visit.
During the visit, the president of the Robot Society will give a general explanation, and then the members of the association will carry out detailed operations and explanations.
The entire process requires the members of the student union to be quiet at the maintenance site and handle emergencies.
3. The activity time is arranged according to the time schedule of 0* military training activities. The activity starts at 7:30 and ends at 9:00. Members of the Robotics Association and members of the Student Union Science and Technology Department must arrive at the event site at 7:10 to prepare for the event.
Fourth, the end of the event arrangements arrange for the team members to leave in order;
Clean up the event venue;
Check and collect the items used in the event.
Five, matters needing attention
1. If there is a major accident that cannot be controlled by the Association and the organization arrangement of the college, the time of the event and the place of the event shall be changed at the discretion of the Association.
