"Nanjing Xiaozhuang College Pok Oi League" is a public welfare student group established on June 7, 2019 under the guidance of the school's academic office. It is the main body of our school to receive Jiangsu Tao Xinbo. Students funded by the Student Foundation. The purpose of this group is to pass on social care and forge the talents of self-improvement. Relying on Nanjing Xiaozhuang College, it promotes the spirit of fraternity of Mr. Tao Xinbo and the Taoxinbo Aid Foundation of Jiangsu Province, and sets an example for the majority of students, diligently studying, determined to become talented, returning to their hometown and giving back to the society.

The event mobilization meeting was held to introduce relevant work in the nursing home and to conduct intensive training on relevant communication service skills.

Activity content: Window cleaning, mopping the floor, reading newspapers, chatting with the elderly, etc.

Grouping: Volunteers are divided into four groups: secretary group, logistics group, propaganda group and service group. Each group determines the team leader and clarifies the work tasks. The service practice was led by Zhong Dayou. Each group does its own work to ensure that the activities are carried out normally:

1. The propaganda group is responsible for the promotion of the event, including the production and management of banners and banners; preparing the camera for photo and photography; if possible, contact the media.

2. The logistics group is responsible for the supply and arrangement of the members' articles: prepare clothes, medicines, water, manage finances, and do other tasks for the organization.

3. The secretary group is responsible for producing the address book of the team members; making an activity briefing; completing the practical project and team summary after the event; working under the guidance of the staff of the nursing home.

2. Set lunch at noon, continue service in the afternoon, and return to Fangshan Campus at night.
