The unique forest and topography are favored by many experts and tourism developers. Forest resources survey in the forestry sector has 97% forest cover and 3.1m3 wood storage. The annual output of walnuts is 25 tons, and the average per capita is more than 1,000 kilograms. The new species of pecans is about 500 mu, and the output will increase year by year.

The completion of the Lizhuang Highway will become the main route of the ** township channel, forming a convenient transportation network with 54 villagers in the township. It is to realize the strategic goal of “one year, one year, three years of great change” proposed by the county party committee, accelerate the pace of local rural areas, and effectively get rid of the realistic needs of the poor villages. The local people are very motivated to change roads and are willing to raise funds and invest. The construction of Lizhuang Highway has greatly improved the traffic conditions in the area, promoted the economic development of farmers in the mountainous areas, increased the income of farmers, and achieved common prosperity.

1. Terrain

The project area is a hilly area with a gentle terrain in the middle of the mountains and mountains. It is a typical dish shape. The entire project area has a high terrain with an average elevation of over 820m.

The proposed route is connected with the ** highway. The elevation of the terrain is between 610m and 820m, the total length is 2.2km, the subgrade is 4.5m wide, and the lane width is 3.5m.

A large number of granite, limestone, shale and soil mixing projects along the project area have good geological conditions and are easy to obtain locally.

3. Road construction materials and transportation conditions

Stone materials can be used while mining along the road section, killing two birds with one stone. Inter-sand can be screened in the ** river. The required sand, cement, steel and other materials are mainly transported by agricultural vehicles and sent directly to the construction site.

4. Project construction standards and scale

According to the specific geographical location, the role and function and the needs of economic development, combined with the funds, construction technology and other factors to determine the main line to adopt rural road construction standards, the total length of the route is 2.2km, the road width is 4.5m

Compensation for land acquisition and three fees: 3 acres for requisitioned paddy fields, 42,000 yuan for 14,000 yuan/mu. Slope cultivated land of 8.0 mu, calculated according to 0.7 million yuan / mu 56,000 yuan. The economic forest compensation was 70,000, totaling 168,000 yuan.

At the end of August 2019, earthwork excavation, wall, roadbed and bridge culvert were completed.
