First, the guiding ideology and educational purposes of national defense education:
National defense education is based on guarding against and resisting aggression, stopping armed subversion, defending the sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity and security of the country, and adopting certain national views, war concepts, national defense concepts, defense knowledge learning, and national defense sports.
