3, to strengthen reading and silent reading training: classroom teaching should read more and less, so that students have more time and opportunity to practice reading. Guide reading aloud, do not simply guide from the reading skills, so that reading and understanding are closely combined, on the basis of understanding, through reading aloud to accurately express the thoughts and feelings of the text. Silent reading is also an important reading basic skill. Students should be instructed to learn to read and think while cultivating reading ability in independent reading and thinking.

On the basis of earnestly studying and understanding the school work plan, my one-year development goal for myself was:

As a teacher , first of all, I must continue to study the " Teacher's Professional Ethics Code" with a good teacher's morality. Teacher morality is not an abstract political preaching, but a profound intellectual connotation and cultural character. A teacher with extensive knowledge will have moral appeal, and moral education based solely on preaching must be pale. Similarly, the teacher 's morality is also based on its profound culture.
