Teacher's personal work plan for March 2019

The new semester, a new beginning. Our teaching work will be enriched in the busy, harvested in joy. I want to turn the deficiencies of XX years and the experience of harvest into the motivation of this semester. The following plans are now in place:

I. Ideological politics

Always love your job, adhere to political learning, and raise awareness and awareness. Pay attention to personal moral cultivation, be a teacher, be strict with self-discipline, and care about the learning and life of young children. Strengthen unity, get along well with colleagues, have a happy cooperation, and think about it in one place, and work together to form a united and cooperative family.

Second, personal business

As a teacher , in addition to having good ideology and morality, noble moral sentiment; also need to have a high level of business skills. In this academic year, I will focus on broadening my horizons, subscribing to professional magazines, browsing music pages, and keeping track of teaching experiences and excellent cases that can be used for reference. Constantly charge yourself, arrange a certain amount of time every day to improve basic skills, and strive to continue to improve your business level in this semester.

Third, education and teaching:

In-depth study of new educational ideas, based on education as the center, based on the classroom, solidly practice personal basic skills. Grasp the regular teaching in the class, grasp the progress and changes of the children in a multi-faceted manner, and improve the teaching methods in a targeted manner. Especially in the music teaching, it should reflect the characteristics of the music lesson, and replace the teacher's instructions with the melody, so that the children can learn in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, thus generating interest in learning. Adopting the method of story and game running through the classroom, solving the boring music theory teaching in the game, fully mobilizing the children's learning enthusiasm, guiding them to use the brain, ear, mouth, hands-on to complete my design inspired by the teacher. Various teaching sessions. Feedback in time after class, record the success and failure points in the teaching, and how to improve it. This semester, I will actively use the resources around me to create a good learning environment for children and help them to develop their study habits. Let them actively learn in a relaxed, happy and lively state. As an assistant teacher, I will also cooperate with the class teacher for daily management, so that children can develop good behavior habits and healthy body and mind while studying.

Fourth, parents work

In addition to using the telephone, contact book, home visit and other methods to interact with parents in the usual time, I will add more new channels. And try to publish personal original articles and insights on the blog page that I created. Strive for more contact and communication with parents.
