Teacher's Individual Training Program for Fall 2019


In order to continuously improve the educational theory and academic level, enhance the ability of knowledge updating and the ability of education and teaching, we must constantly improve ourselves from all aspects and improve our comprehensive quality is the need for future development. According to the teacher training plan of the Municipal Academy of Education , combined with my actual situation, I have formulated the following personal training plan:

First, improve yourself in practice

2. Second, improve yourself in reflection
