Teacher's Individual Training Program for Fall 2019

In order to continuously improve the educational theory and academic level, enhance the ability of knowledge updating and the ability of education and teaching, we must constantly improve ourselves from all aspects and improve our comprehensive quality is the need for future development. According to the teacher training plan of the Municipal Academy of Education , combined with my actual situation, I have formulated the following personal training plan:

First, improve yourself in practice

1. Weekly strive to read an article related to the teaching of mathematics of the national minor, and do a good excerpt, read at least one good book in one semester, and write a good reading experience at the end of the period.

2. This section will carefully design an open class, make a good reflection on teaching, and conduct mutual evaluation with the teachers of the same subject after class, learn from each other and improve together. Combine theory and practice. Actively participate in the lecture activities, carefully write the lecture records, record the lecture experience and revision opinions in a timely manner, and listen to no less than 18 sessions per semester.

3. Use the spare time to produce courseware to facilitate classroom teaching and improve students' interest in learning mathematics. Write at least one instructional paper in one semester. Make full use of information technology, actively participate in various teaching and research activities, establish an information exchange platform, expand horizons, and continuously improve teaching and teaching research capabilities.

Second, improve yourself in reflection

1. Participate in teaching and research activities on time and actively participate in the seminar. Reflect on yourself, share the experience of others, adjust your teaching behavior, and improve your professionalism and comprehensive ability in classroom teaching.

2. The famous psychologist Lin Chongde put forward the growth formula of "excellent teacher = teaching process + reflection", and teaching reflection is indeed extremely important. Therefore, when the teaching methods are still fresh in the after-school class, you should rethink and review, timely and accurately record the experience of the after-school experience, further improve and correct the original lesson plans, and combine your own educational and teaching practices with theories, paying attention to more research. Diligent thinking, in order to improve the teaching work in the future, so that learning and thinking really become a habit.

Third, exercise yourself in thinking

Diligent thinking, exploration and perception in practice. Strive to do: Rethink yesterday - to grow up in reflection; to examine today - to identify in the review; to look forward to tomorrow - to innovate in the foresight. Pay attention to the combination of work and thinking, work in thinking, think in work, and work creatively.
