2. Ask humbly, take the person's strength, and make up for yourself.

As an 11-year-old teacher , I would also like to actively learn from my colleagues around me. I should listen to and listen to the classrooms of excellent teachers and learn from them. Timely reflection on the teaching emergencies that occurred on the day.

3. Strengthen the improvement of their professional knowledge.
