Teacher's personal plan to implement teaching improvement and build a modern classroom
On April 24th, our school made a kick-off meeting on the “Implementing Teaching Improvement and Building a Modern Classroom” issued by the Education Bureau of Qingyang District. The director of the meeting conveyed the spirit of the meeting. The District Education Bureau wants our teachers to seize the historical opportunity of promoting the modernization of education in the whole region, and to build an ecological, active, and characteristic "three modernization" modern classroom as a breakthrough, to carry out the discussion and research of modern classrooms, and to promote us. The classroom has been improved and developed in terms of teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation, and further promotes the connotation development of Qingyang education. As a 15-year-old teacher, I feel that there is still a gap in our education to meet the requirements of the modern classroom. We also need to make greater efforts. To this end, I have made the following personal plans.
First, the analysis of the status quo of individual classroom teaching
Insufficient: 1. The interaction in the classroom is not enough. Under normal circumstances, this can be considered before each class, but sometimes due to the influence of subjective factors such as the goal of completing the teaching goal, sometimes the student's practice is changed to teacher demonstration.
2. The hierarchical layout of the operation has not been implemented.
Advantages: 1. The teaching style is natural, the language is vivid, and the lectures are full of passion.
2, before the preparation of the class can always carry out a detailed analysis of the teaching materials, establish the teaching focus, difficult points. Try to spend as much time as possible on the key points.
3, can skillfully use multimedia means to visualize some abstract knowledge points, and make it difficult for students to understand, understand, master, and apply the difficulty through as many teaching methods as possible.
Second, the main main direction.
The classroom emphasizes the interaction between teachers and students, the harmonious growth of students and students, and strives to make the classroom atmosphere lively, lively and efficient; carry out a variety of learning activities to stimulate students' interest in learning.
Third, the steps to implement the action
1. Start with the situation and stimulate students' mathematical interest.
"A good beginning is half the battle". The ingenious introduction of the class can very well induce learning interest, and the introduction of the familiar life examples of the students can often attract the attention of the students.
2. Pay attention to individual differences and emphasize the principle of motivation
In the next stage, I plan to make a stratification requirement in the assignment of the homework: the basic students should be supplemented with additional supplementary exercises, and the stratified evaluation of the assignments needs to be different from person to person, especially for students with poor foundations. , to guide it correctly, so that it can learn from it.
3. Make the classroom a free space for interaction between teachers and students.
Interactive teaching can effectively mobilize students' attention and inspire students to think about problems. I think in the next stage of the class, I will intentionally create such a situation and stage so that the students truly become the masters of the class.
4. The transformation of mathematics teaching mode.
Mathematical teaching strives to construct an open process of “problem--exploration--answer--conclusion--question--exploration...” to cultivate students' problem awareness and help students master problem-solving methods and strategies.
