3. Organize the teachers of this group to carefully write the teaching thesis, and require each teacher to have at least one paper or teaching experience or teaching reflection; actively participate in the paper selection activities organized by various educational authorities, and strive to obtain several high-quality papers.

Second, work hard to implement the teaching routine and deepen the reform of education and teaching

1. Strengthen the collective preparation of lessons, and submit a quality teaching plan or a secondary preparation lesson teaching design and a lecture material every semester.
