From January to September, Zhongbaiyi, Wenfeng, Central Shopping Center, Jiuzhou Times, Century Lianhua, Suning and Yichu Lotus achieved sales revenue of 266 million yuan, 220 million yuan and 130 million respectively. Tourism growth is relatively fast. From January to September, the city received a total of 4.5 million tourists from home and abroad. According to the current economic situation, combined with the next stage of the environmental situation, preliminary estimates, the value-added of the service industry increased by about 15.5% for the whole year; the total retail sales of consumer goods increased by about 16%.

While affirming the achievements, we must also clearly see that, according to the requirements of the provincial government, the ratio of the added value of the service industry to GDP this year is 1 percentage point higher than that of last year. Jingjiang promotes cooperation between townships, departments and municipal development zones in accordance with the "city-to-town linkage" approach. The city has 10 towns and 3 municipal departments directly joined the joint development, and built 4 districts and 1 district village. Gaogang builds standard factory buildings east of the high-grade highway along the Yangtze River and introduces non-polluting projects such as electronics, light industry, textiles and clothing. The Taixing guiding project is concentrated in the “One District, Four Parks” of the Economic Development Zone and the Urban District, Hongqiao, Huangqiao and Yaowang Industrial Parks. The shoreline management continued to be strengthened, and the joint review system was further improved. The internal coordination mechanism of the government and the city-level coordination was initially formed. Environmental protection and ecological construction continue to strengthen. Strict project environmental protection access policy, starting from April, no new chemical projects with investment of less than 20 million yuan will be launched along the Yangtze River.
