Work plan book format

The format of the work plan should include the title, body and dropout.

1. The title of the title plan has four components: the name of the plan unit; the time limit for the plan; the summary of the plan content; the name of the plan. There are generally three ways to write:
The complete title of the four components, such as "××村二 oo two-year planning points." Among them, “××村” is the project unit; “two oo years” is the time limit for the plan; “plan” is the summary of the plan content; “point” is the name of the plan.
Omit the title of the project time limit, such as "Guangdong Province Commercial Storage and Transportation Company to implement the business responsibility system plan."
Official document title, such as "Shandong Province's deployment of rural work in the second year of the second year." The name of the project unit shall be referred to by the standard; the time limit for the project shall be specified in detail. If the general time limit is not obvious, it may be omitted; the content of the plan shall indicate the problem to be solved by the plan; the name of the plan shall be based on the actuality of the plan. Use the name exactly. If the plan still needs to be finalized or approved by the superior, the words “draft”, “first draft” or “discussion draft” should be added in brackets at the back or below the title. If it is a personal plan, you don't have to write a name in the title, but you must name it on the date at the bottom right of the text.

2. In addition to writing the guiding ideology, the text should generally include the following three aspects:
aims. This is the soul of the project. The plan was developed to accomplish certain tasks. The goal is the cause of the plan, and it is also the direction of the plan struggle. Therefore, the plan should specify the tasks and requirements that should be met within a certain period of time, as needed and possible. Tasks and requirements should be specific, and some must be determined in terms of quantity, quality and time.
Measures. To clarify when to achieve the goal and to complete the task, it is necessary to develop corresponding measures and methods, which is a guarantee for the realization of the plan. Measures and methods mainly refer to what means are needed to achieve the stated goals, what forces are mobilized, what conditions are created, and what difficulties are excluded. In short, it is necessary to make overall arrangements according to objective conditions and to make "how to do" clearly and concretely.
step. This refers to the work program and schedule for executing the project. Each task has a phase in the completion process, and each phase has many links, which are often intertwined. Therefore, the plan must be global, properly arranged, which should be done first, and which should be done afterwards. In the implementation, there are priorities, which are the key points, which are general and should be clear. In terms of time schedule, there must be a total time limit, and there must be time requirements for each stage, as well as manpower and material resources. In this way, the relevant units and personnel will be aware of the extent to which the work will be carried out under certain conditions within a certain period of time in order to strive for initiative and coordinately proceed in an orderly manner.
The hope of execution needs to be written at the end of the text as the end of the project. However, the content of this part depends on the actual situation to decide whether or not to do so.

3. The date of the plan is drawn at the bottom of the text. In addition, if there are plans or other subsidiary files, or if you need to copy and copy some units, you should write them separately.
