In a blink of an eye, we have to enter a new year - 2008. The new year is a year full of challenges, opportunities and pressures, and a very important year for me. First, familiar with the company's new rules and regulations and business development work. The company is constantly reforming and has established new regulations, especially with the assistance of professional legal affairs personnel in litigation. As an old business person in the company, you must take responsibility for your work and do your best to comply with company regulations.
1. In the first quarter, the litigation business was the main development. We will conduct litigation business development for existing old customer resources, develop all customers who may have litigation needs, and intend to arrange legal affairs commissioners to meet and negotiate. During the period, at least two lawsuits were promoted, and the agency expenses amounted to more than 80,000 yuan. While doing litigation business development, we must not lose all kinds of business assigned by these customers, maintain regular contact with these customers, and report the progress of the business of these customers in a timely manner.
2. In the second quarter, trademarks and patents were the main business. Through the professional market, participate in professional trade fairs, online, telephone, stranger visits and other business development methods to develop customers, and intensify the relationship with old customers to form a customer group with a business cycle. So that it reached an agency fee of more than 48,000 yuan. While vigorously exploring the market, we must not lose all kinds of business assigned by these customers, maintain regular contact with these customers, and report on the progress of the business of these customers in a timely manner.
3. The “11th” and “Mid-Autumn Festival” in the third quarter, as well as the unlimited business opportunities brought by the 2008 Olympic Games, will bring a good start to the second half of the year. Moreover, with my relative improvement in high-end business expertise and comprehensive capabilities, we will do a targeted development for large-scale enterprises that meet the requirements of China's Well-Known Trademark or Guangdong Famous Trademark. Customers who are willing to cooperate can arrange business managers to meet and negotiate, and strive to sign a "Guangdong Famous Trademark" with a contractual fee of more than 75,000 yuan. While doing well-known trademarks and the development of well-known trademarks, we must not lose all kinds of business assigned by these customers, maintain regular contact with these customers, and report the progress of such business in a timely manner.
4. The fourth quarter is the end of the year. At this time, we must fully protect the business situation of the old customers. First of all, it is necessary to gradually understand the customer resources that are potential to be developed among the old customers, identify the vulnerable areas, make feasible recommendations for the purpose, and strive to achieve the most comprehensive protection of the intellectual property rights of the client company. The agency fee is at least monthly. More than 10,000 yuan.
Second, develop a study plan. Learning is very important for business people because it is directly related to the pace of a business person's progress and the vitality of the business. I will adjust my learning direction to supplement new energy as needed. Professional knowledge and comprehensive ability are all things I have to master.

Third, enhance the sense of responsibility, enhance service awareness, and enhance team awareness. Proactively put the work to the point and implement it. I will do my best to ease the pressure of leadership.
