The core of the education and teaching work of this semester is to closely focus on the rectification and construction of the evaluation work. In accordance with the spirit of “promoting construction by evaluation and promoting reform by evaluation”, the goal of improving teaching quality is to deepen teaching reform and strengthen teaching management. To strengthen the connotation construction, the evaluation work as an effective starting point for professional construction and overall improvement of the college, and promote the work of the college to a new level this semester.

Nine major work goals and main ideas of this semester

First, strengthen the work of welcoming the evaluation and actively participate in the stage of rectification

At the end of last semester, the school's evaluation team of the school conducted an evaluation of the self-evaluation work of the college. While affirming the results, the school experts also put forward many pertinent opinions. The college will further strengthen and comprehend the evaluation index system according to this opinion. This semester evaluates the calendar of work and makes the rectification work of the assessment implement item by item, supplements and improves the supporting materials in the indicators, and continues to refine the highlights of the college work through comprehensive rectification according to time nodes and specific rectifications. The construction of the link will meet the inspection and evaluation of the off-campus expert group in early April and the city education committee in early June.

Second, continue to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff

Efforts to cultivate a high-quality faculty with reasonable structure are the key to improving the core competitiveness of the college. The semester will gradually adjust the teacher structure, focus on the business training and party building of young teachers, and cultivate a professional and professional teacher. In the "introduction" and "cultivation" two aspects, enrich and adjust the faculty, and gradually form an echelon of faculty.

This year, the school will combine the health information management major of our hospital with the computer major to carry out professional adjustment. The integrated health information management department will have three majors: health information management, computer application technology and software technology. A subject leader and related professional teachers will be introduced to these three majors to support and promote the development of the discipline of the profession.

In this semester, the three instructors, including Liu Qin, Zhang Mo, and Wang Wei, who have registered backgrounds as “nurses”, continue to work as student instructors and participate in the teaching of lesson preparation, lectures, and teaching and research activities in the clinical nursing teaching and research section and the basic nursing teaching and research section. Intensify the training of young teachers, and train young teachers with certain professional qualities and teaching abilities to systematically enrich their teaching and teaching in various teaching and research departments.

Third, strengthen professional construction and improve teaching quality

The teaching work is the center of the college. The teaching work of the college continues to focus on the evaluation work. According to the evaluation opinions of the evaluation team, the school starts with standardized teaching management, establishes a good teaching guarantee system, and enhances the teaching ability of teachers. The teaching and research sections will carry out the teaching work in accordance with the college and their respective work plans:

Seriously organize the "open class" teaching activities, requiring each teacher who has open classes to carefully learn the lessons and achieve the purpose of mutual learning and common improvement.

The “speaking class” teaching and research activities were carried out. In this semester, the college required each teacher to improve the level of lectures by speaking classes. The project will carry out the “speaking class” activities in the whole hospital and the teaching and research section, and the specific arrangements will be determined separately.

Taking the “Nursing” profession as the leader, the project has been strengthened to carry out the construction of excellent courses. It has been reported to the four-course construction project of the school. On this basis, the four teaching and research sections are instructed by the directors of the teaching and research departments to make full preparations and prepare for reporting. School-level quality course construction project.

While doing a good job in academic education, this semester will continue to develop non-academic education programs - "National Registered Nurse Licensing Examination Training" and "Specialized Undergraduate Counseling Training"; this semester will continue to explore the feasibility of establishing a Sino-foreign cooperative education program and overseas enrollment. Gradually establish higher-level and different forms of cooperative education projects.

Continue to prepare professional profiling materials. The “Nursing” profession analyzes and increases the supporting materials according to the evaluation index system, and prepares the “Guardian” professional profiling work.

Set up a test question bank for “basic nursing skills training” and “clinical nursing skills training”.

While supporting and encouraging young teachers to do well in the Shanghai Excellent Young Teachers Research Fund Project this semester, the college also set up a special research fund to encourage teachers to actively carry out teaching reform and quality curriculum construction.

Pay close attention to the training process, continue to strengthen the teaching of nursing operation skills, strengthen the practice of nursing technology operation, and prepare students for clinical practice and early entry into the role.

Fourth, the preparation of school-based textbooks

At present, there are not many textbooks for the medical and health technology majors in higher vocational colleges. The college will gradually realize most or all of the self-made teaching materials that meet the needs of higher vocational education. This semester "Clinical Nursing Practice" has been published by Fudan University Press. After the school started, this textbook was immediately sent to the students. "Evidence-based nursing" and "Multicultural and Nursing" two textbooks have been reviewed by People's Health Publishing House. This year, they will be able to print and publish. The textbook "Higher Care English" written by the Medical English Teaching and Research Section has been included in Fudan University Press. The publication of the program, the college's teaching and research section will continue to develop a series of self-edited textbooks, and strive to be included in the Fudan University Press's higher vocational college medical care series of textbook publishing plans.

V. Continue to strengthen students' professionalization and standardized management

This semester college will continue to build on the foundation of good hospitality, study style and teaching style, attach importance to campus culture construction, create a campus culture atmosphere, rigorously professionalize and standardize students, continuously improve students' professional quality and develop a good career. Responsibility, to create a "Shanghai nurse" brand, so that students get into the job, the society is generally recognized. This semester will be combined with the evaluation to promote this core work, and actively carry out various professional quality education activities: 5.12 Nurse Day celebrations, graduation ceremony and cap ceremony, professional quality education lectures and medical ethics education reports, and a variety of student club activities .

6. Guided by social needs and employment, actively explore internships and employment channels

With the rapid development of nursing career, the number of students in the college has increased year by year. On the basis of cooperating with 24 hospitals in the city, the semester has continued to expand a new batch of employment market, providing a reliable guarantee for students' internship and employment and laying a good foundation. During the semester, we will continue to strengthen the leading group for production, teaching and research, improve the work regulations of the teaching leadership group, and supplement the school-enterprise cooperation agreement.

7. Construction of information-based nursing training base

The construction of the Phase II construction project of the Nursing Training Base approved by the Municipal Education Commission will be completed in this semester. Currently, the Phase II project is being actively installed and adjusted. Sex, suitability and advanced nature, high-tech factors, and also provide advanced training rooms for students of health information management, creating good training conditions for the development of two majors.

Eight, 09th employment and 2009 enrollment work

310 graduates of XX grade, the employment rate has reached 93% as of the end of this semester, and the signing rate is 70%. Before graduation, students will complete the work of the college in two returning schools, such as: issuing the "Clinical Nursing Practice" textbook. Each person is required to complete the clinical internship summary, self-identification, etc., and take the graduation examination in late April. From the end of the semester to the end of the semester, the employment rate of students in 2009 reached 98%, and the signing rate reached 80%. In 2009, the enrollment work has begun intensively. The college will cooperate with the school to take care of the overall situation and earnestly complete this year's enrollment work.

IX. Preparation for the establishment of a computer teaching and research section

Relying on the brand advantage of the nursing profession initially formed by the college, the school has made professional adjustments, combining the health information management major with the computer major. The integrated health information management department, in addition to the health information management profession, will apply computer technology and software technology. The establishment of a computer teaching and research section will be planned and planned during the semester.
