Sannong Research Center 2009 Work Plan


The purpose of the project is nothing more than two: First, it plays a guiding role in the work of the center. Second, it plays a supervisory role.

Since the work plan will guide the work of the center, it is necessary for our center to deeply analyze the main problems and main contradictions faced by the center at this stage and in the following period in the process of formulating the plan. On the basis of the analysis, a solution to the problem is formed. At the same time, the solution to the problem is integrated into the work plan, and the problem is solved through the implementation of the work plan.

The association has always faced two problems: one person problem 2. The new member is eager to participate in the investigation and the association provides limited research opportunities.

For the first question, I think the most direct reason is that members have no sense of belonging to the association, which is attributed to the following points: 1. Members themselves do not actively participate in the affairs of the association. 2. There are problems in the way the director of the center trains members. There are not many activities in the association itself, and there is no platform for members to play. 4. The director of the center has not dealt with the relationship between centralization and decentralization. 5. The members of the center have not established a profound friendship.

For the problems that exist in our center and that require special attention, our center's work plan is to solve these two problems. In particular, the most important part of this semester is to cultivate members' collective sense of honor, destiny and pride in the association. This requires our center to introduce more members to the superiority of our association during this semester. Paying attention to the deep communication between internal members requires our center to pay more attention to the establishment of high-level friendship among members. It requires our center to cultivate more strong team awareness, and we need our center to give members more opportunities to participate in the work of the association. We need our center to create more opportunities for members to go out of school to communicate and cooperate, and we need our center director to cultivate their own leadership art and personal charm.

What I said earlier is about the issue of talent cultivation. However, for members, the original intention of joining our association is to participate in research. Similarly, the most fundamental purpose of our center to strengthen personnel management and training is to better adapt to the development of the association and the development of research work. Therefore, our center should pay more attention to the development of research projects. Our first essay period in the center may involve three topics, one of which is to cooperate with the grassroots family - the dream project; the other two topics are self-designed by the center members, and the research project design and project work are completed at the same time. Conduct some field research if conditions permit.
