Going to the technical department this year has been working hard for my own goals! Struggling, diligent study, hard work, this year my plan has three points:

1. In the technical department, we will do our job well. For example, we can maintain a series of relationships with our customers, and we can communicate with customers in a way that we can do our job and let our customers feel that our company is doing things seriously. This will be more effective. Further deepen the cooperation interests with customers;

2, the ability to express, since the transfer to the technical department! I have been working hard to learn the ability to express, in general, more than one year a year, I hope that in the second half of this year, I can more effectively express my own language, more I hope that the company's sales can give us more expressions and speaking style sales skills, so that if you want to express your words, you can let customers clearly and clearly communicate to customers.

3. In October, I want to transfer to the sales department. The plan is as follows!

1, first learn how to make a quotation, and then learn how to detail some of the contract,

2. After the sale, I will run several places in the past few months, for example, Schneider, China Construction Electronics, and some engineering planners! It is more important to use every resource around us. For old customers and fixed customers, keep in touch. In the case of time and conditions, send some small gifts or banquet customers to stabilize the relationship with customers. It is necessary to continuously strengthen the study of business, read more books, access relevant information online, communicate with peers, learn from them better ways and methods.

3, the sales target hopes to grow by 5 percent a year -10%, if you can do better I will work hard!
