First of all, in management, we put forward higher requirements for employees, and also use some methods to motivate employees and improve the enthusiasm of workers. For example, after completing the prescribed output, we don’t have to work overtime, we can get off work in advance, and once the factory’s work enthusiasm is unprecedented. High, labor discipline has greatly improved. The price of the work is announced in advance, so that the results of everyone's work tend to be transparent. We will promote wage reforms for all departments , strive to achieve true wages, and get more work and more rewards. By making Japanese orders and okaidi orders, the working environment and on-site management have been greatly improved under the request and guidance of the guests. These advances are worthy of recognition.

In this year's fierce market competition, due to frequent personnel turnover, the labor force is seriously lacking, especially the skilled machine sewing workers are extremely scarce. In this dilemma, the total output and sales of the factory have increased, and 266,030 pieces are shipped throughout the year. In this year's operation and management, we have many problems. Some problems in the production process have not been paid enough attention, resulting in no qualitative changes in production and quality. The new prenatal counseling has not been done several times, resulting in the inability to unify the team leader, group inspection and quality inspection in the process and requirements. There was a problem with the push. The communication and coordination with the company's salesmen are not well done, and the spirit of teamwork is lacking.

There have been some problems with the cooperation with the outsourcing factory. In 11 years, we have produced nearly 1 million yuan for export and 700,000 yuan for this year. This is related to the market environment this year, but in coordination with us, there are orders. close relationship.

The second phase of the project failed to complete in time and disrupted the company's overall plan. The main reason was that I personally did not pay enough attention to the understanding, and did not grasp the operation.
