Microfinance work summary report and work plan
At the beginning of March 2019, with the strong support of the leaders of the Provincial Association, we officially established the Microfinance Project Department in Sanya and began to distribute microfinance business. Until the end of 2019, our team strength is constantly strong, and our work performance is constantly rising; we have expanded the rural convenience financial services such as epos; and increased the business with the municipal finance, the city women's federation, and the municipal youth league committee. Cooperate and implement the information reporting of financial interest subsidies, rewards and risk compensation policies; establish the working system and requirements regulations that belong to Sanya microfinance.
The specific work of the Sanya microfinance team in 2019 is reported in detail as follows:
I. Construction of the team of microfinance officers:
At the beginning of March 2019, there were only four loan officers. In May, two more loan officers were added. By the end of June, 11 trainees and one loan officer were transferred and assigned to various points for trainee work, and increased in late July. Three students from the Maritime Vocational College came to the internship. A total of 18 microfinance technicians were accumulated. As of the end of December, three of the trainees were off duty, two trainees were the teachers, and a total of 16 microfinance personnel were able to lend. Under the arrangement of the Provincial Association, each of our loan officers and their trainees have already measured their size and made work clothes and work cards. As of the end of December, the work clothes and work cards of five loan officers have been issued to the hands. Others will be issued in the next month.
Second, the annual distribution and recycling statistics:
From March 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, Sanya microfinance technicians distributed a total of 1,046 households with a total loan of 3,077,4000 yuan. There are 224 male customers and 814 female customers, accounting for 21.4% and 78.6% of the total customers respectively. Since only 5 people issued loans in the early stage, an average of 20.92 per person per month was issued. According to the requirements of the headquarters to issue 12 households per month, our Sanya microfinance technicians have completed the task of this year. In addition, in 2019, the accumulated interest earned was 1,235,500.94 yuan, and the interest allocated to the headquarters in accordance with regulations was 738,458.35 yuan, which brought 49,704.59 yuan of capital income and 3,077,4,000 yuan of deposit income to Sanya Associated Press.
Third, the loan customers and financial interest subsidies have been settled:
As of December 31, 2019, 66 of the loans in Sanya had been settled in advance, and the loan amount was 2255,000 yuan. Among them, 49 Xiaotong women's joint guarantee loans were settled, totaling 1965,000 yuan; 17 customers with settlement wage guarantees totaled 290,000 yuan. The number of customers settled accounted for 6.3% of the annual loan customers, and the settlement loan amount accounted for 7.3% of the total loan amount. For the 14 women's loans that have been settled in accordance with the discount interest standard, we have also reported to the municipal finance department in time for the next step of women's interest subsidy.
4. Interest arrears:
Overall, Sanya’s monthly interest recovery is relatively normal. The recycling of Tian Du, Yang Lu, Ya Cheng, Yu Cai and so on is very good. Only Lin Wang’s recycling is not very good. Because the previous loan failed to take into account the importance of risk, it directly led to the serious situation that the individual customers such as Zhou Dejun did not pay interest in time. These arrears directly affected the entire team in Sanya. Improvement in performance. In this regard, we have also taken corresponding measures to solve the problem of default.
V. Information on the entry of farmers:
The entry of farmer information summarizes the survey of our loan officers and allows us to view information in a timely manner in future work. According to the requirements, each person must enter at least 22 households per month. A total of 891 households must be entered, and only 629 households are actually entered. According to statistics, the number of individuals we entered was not up to standard. After that, I will continue to work hard to upload the information entered on time.
Sixth, epos machine installation and billboard production:
According to the requirements of the provincial association, we carried out the promotion and installation of the epos machine for each administrative village in the township. In the whole year, Sanya has successfully promoted 112 epos machines, of which 28 epos machines have been successfully installed in rural households and started to be used. Another 84 units have not yet been issued. There are two main reasons for the small number of installations. First, most of the farm households do not have fixed telephones, many of them are not available, and there are many cases where the cables are stolen. Second, the farmers are not willing to install them. We have also done the corresponding work for the above situation. At present, the posting of billboards is: Lin Wang, Yacheng, Tianya have been installed, Tian Du, Yang Lu, Yucai are not being installed. In addition, some small billboards were made to hang to the merchants' gates in each village.
7. Construction of the microfinance team system:
According to a number of regulations put forward by the leaders of the Provincial Association, our Sanya Microfinance Project Department has made a rules and regulations that are in line with its actual situation. These include: Microfinance technicians are not allowed to ride locomotives when they go to the countryside to work, they must wear overalls, wear work cards, wear emblems, and wear kettles; they must not stay in the office during work, go to work 7 hours a day; Mobile phones; Weekly meetings will be held every weekend, and you should not be late to recite the corporate culture; if you need to apply for leave during the work period, you can apply for and reply to the director of the provincial association Chen Jinlin before you can leave the job. All systems require each credit officer to strictly enforce and supervise each other. If there is an error, it is necessary to explain the situation to the responsible person in a timely manner.
Although our work performance has been remarkable in the past year, there are still many shortcomings in our work that require continuous improvement in our future work. The problems and areas for improvement are as follows:
1. The risk prevention and control ability of microfinance technicians
In less than one year since the establishment of the Sanya microfinance technician team, microfinance technicians have insufficient ability to prevent and control loan risks, and there is still a large gap in managing creditors and prevention. In particular, the loan officer who has just graduated should pay in strict accordance with the rules and regulations when issuing each loan, and must not cut corners. Only by working on the basis of principles can we continuously improve our ability to distinguish between right and wrong, in order to better prevent risks.
Second, work ability and ability
Our microfinance technicians are not technical jobs. But the ability of an individual to work determines whether you can do your credit work better. We should place ourselves in the perspective of leaders to ask ourselves to constantly improve the standard of work and quality of work. In the process of communicating with customers, we must also learn how to communicate and how to do things.
Third, the implementation of the system is not enough
Our microfinance officers are not able to perform in full accordance with our corporate culture and rules and regulations. There was a problem and the response was not timely. This has happened. We should carefully consider how we should do the job. Our corporate culture and institutions are used to perform them carefully rather than to ignore them. Therefore, I hope that everyone will be able to strictly implement our system in the future work, and solve problems in a timely manner.
Beginning in 2019, we must constantly summarize the shortcomings of the past work, and constantly improve the previous deficiencies and improve them in the new work. New year, new beginning, new work task. We will continue to work hard to do our job. The plan and new arrangements for the work of microfinance in Sanya in 2019:
1. Supplementary arrangements for loan officers
Due to the relatively large market potential of Sanya and the relatively small number of existing loan officers, in the face of this situation, I plan to deploy seven of the next batch of trainees to work in Sanya. The specific assignments are: 3 trainees of Linwang and Tengqiao, 2 trainees of Yucai, 1 trainee of Tian Du, and 1 trainee of Yacheng.
Second, the distribution of credit outlets and the arrangement of the vice captain
Lin Wang and Tengqiao belong to Haitangwan Town. Kang Zhenhao and Feng Dejun led and managed the trainees; arranged Du Chun to develop a new point in Lizhigou. Tian Du is also managed by Chen Shushu, Wang Ganxiao and Cai Lijuan, and assigned a trainee. Born to train. The sheep pen is managed by Zhong Weijian, Chen Tailei and Wang Xiaoxin. Yucai is managed by Wu Xiaobao and leads a trainee. Yacheng was managed by Li Jiasheng, Hu Qiaoni and Lin Shan and assigned a trainee to practice in the past. Baogang is managed by Mai Jian. The overall outlet is divided into five sections. After the improvement of personnel, five loan officers are gradually selected as vice captains to manage the corresponding districts. According to the regulations of the headquarters, each loan officer must have more than 12 loans per month, but in order to achieve the goal of the Sanya team to achieve the province's first priority, everyone will issue as many loans as possible based on the risk control. In particular, the issue of women’s joint guarantee loans is the main one. Wages-guaranteed loans are only intended to increase our wage income.
Fourth, focus on processing customers who are in arrears of interest
Concentrate on solving the problem of Lin Wang’s arrears of interest and strive to recover the principal and interest earlier.
Five, epos machine installation and billboard production
In 2019, we will vigorously strengthen the installation of the epos machine. The plan is to install at least 30 epos per loan officer. Reached throughout every administrative village. If the billboard has not been installed, it should be installed in time according to the situation. In addition, small billboards were made to hang at the doorsteps of merchants in various villages in order to promote microfinance. Each loan officer requires a minimum of 20 small billboards. At least one large publicity billboard for each quota agency.
6. Implementing follow-up work on financial interest subsidies, incentives, and interest transfers
In 2019, we will gradually apply for financial discounts for women who have already returned the principal and interest of the loan and are eligible for discounts, and report the monthly awards of the City Department of Finance. At the end of each month, the interest of this month will be transferred to the headquarters in time before the 30th.
Seven, the improvement of the system and the implementation of the system
In the new year, we will continue to add some new rules and regulations based on the problems in our team. And we must improve and implement, so that each microfinance technician can truly work according to our corporate culture and system.
8. Cooperate with the work of the superior department
Responsiblely complete the work proposed by the superiors and strengthen the external contacts. Mainly at the municipal level, the Youth League Committee, the Women's Federation and the municipal finance department . Secondly, the relationship with the city association will be handled best and it will be convenient for us. Cooperate with the work of various departments of the Municipal Association to submit relevant information on time.
9. Assign daily work to everyone reasonably, and strive for everyone to exercise and learn more.
