2, sports associations are private branches, branch discipline is relatively loose, we must start from the management of daily management. Individual associations carry out activities, neither declare nor ventilate, and come to the Sports Bureau or the Sports Federation after a problem. Some associations do not participate in the annual review, and some associations do not report summaries, plans, and form a self-current.

3. Some individual association branches have fewer activities. Kite associations, model associations, aviation clubs, etc. have not carried out an activity in the past year, forming a name that is not true.
