Summary of the research activities of the vice minister of the college
Time flies, and in a blink of an eye, a school year has passed. Under the care of the college, under the guidance of the teachers of the Youth League Committee, all members of our department have worked hard and completed their work smoothly!
As the deputy minister, I am responsible for the research work of the department. In the work of this year, many achievements have been gained, and some lessons have been learned. The details are summarized as follows:
This research department has a small number of people, a total of 10 people, including 3 ministers and 7 officers; in addition, the departmental functions are more than the previous ones: not only to do research work, but also to be responsible for the reimbursement of the Youth League Committee activities. Therefore, research activities naturally proceed less than in previous years. There are three main tasks in research:
First, the recruitment of proposals for the general meeting of the Youth League of the College Youth League Committee
In September XX, the Student Union of the School of Computer Science and Engineering held a general meeting. The collection of proposals was a work of the General Assembly. This work is the responsibility of our department. Since there was no change at the time, the person in charge was the former minister, and the xx grade Huang Dongjiang brother. This task requires more people, so other departments also send people to help.
I led Han Guang, responsible for sorting out the proposals of the various league branches, classifying them according to the nature of the problem, the departments related to the problem, and then assigning these questions to the various groups and asking them to seek answers from the corresponding departments. A total of 8 departments were visited: South Campus Library, South Campus Logistics Management Office, Zhuhai Lili Property Management Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch, South Campus Research and Teaching Office, South Campus Student Office, South Campus Management Committee, Youth League Committee Office, South Campus Health Center.
After a few days of hard work, the proposal was basically answered by the relevant departments. The next step is to organize and summarize these responses. The task was successfully completed.
However, there are still some shortcomings in this work. The main reason is that the functions of the various departments of the school are not clear enough, which leads to some questions being wrong. In addition, the time was relatively hasty and some of the work was not done in detail.
2. Research on the impact of computer games on college students This is the first activity of the new research department and the only survey conducted by the department in this year. In previous years, the first survey was aimed at new students. This year, we changed our approach.
1. Determining the theme The theme of this topic is determined through collective discussion. We let everyone think about themes, then use the spare time to meet and discuss, use the form of brainstorming, give full play to their imagination and creativity, and finally vote to determine this theme.
2. Designing the questionnaires We each designed some questions around this topic, and then after a discussion, we finally designed a targeted questionnaire.
3. Distribute questionnaires and distribute statistical questionnaires on the dormitory and school road. The larger sample size makes the results more representative. After the questionnaire was collected, the huge sample was distributed to each person for statistics and finally summarized.
4. Analyze the data, write research reports, and work together to analyze the data and present your own opinions, opinions, opinions and suggestions. In the end, the views of the people will be brought together to make the research report more profound and comprehensive.
5. It is a pity to participate in the third “Xinxiang and You Peer” research contest and failed to win the prize.
This research activity fully reflected the collective strength. The whole process was attended by everyone, and everyone worked together to successfully complete the research.
However, when participating in the competition, I wanted to give the officers more opportunities to exercise, so they let them go on stage. The results are not satisfactory. This is my responsibility and a great regret for this event.
Third, winter vacation social practice
In the summer of XX, the school league committee carried out a survey of returning migrant workers and achieved great success. Therefore, during the winter vacation in XX, the school league committee continued to carry out such activities. There are three research themes: home appliances going to the countryside, rural medical cooperation, employment and survival of college students during the transition period. Our department is responsible for assigning these research tasks to the various league branches of the college and retrieving the research report in the next semester.
In addition, our department took the opportunity to do research on home appliances to the countryside. Participants were awarded the title of “Criminal Social Practice Activity Activists”. We have successfully completed the tasks assigned by this school league committee.
