Summary of the teaching work of the second grade education in 2019

In a blink of an eye, I have been working for more than two years. 1. Establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship

The educational work and teaching process must achieve the purpose and effect of education and teaching , and must be completed by teachers and students. Therefore, it is very important to establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship. Teachers should change the traditional concept, put down the teacher's shelf, go deep into the students, and mingle with the students to promote understanding and understanding between teachers and students, thus forming a harmonious teacher-student relationship. Therefore, I believe that having a harmonious teacher-student relationship is a prerequisite for doing a good job in education and teaching .

2. Believe in the ability of students

Each student has a certain ability to create and solve problems, or each student has potential skills. As teachers, we must believe in the students' own abilities and boldly let the students try to do so, not only can they create opportunities for them to exercise, but also build their self-confidence. For example, in the various cultural and sports activities of the last semester, as a class guide, I boldly handed over these tasks to the students. The results made me satisfied and even some made me feel outside.

3. Lead by example, establish prestige

Teachers should treat students equally and establish an equal relationship between teachers and students. Teachers are required to do so, and teachers must strictly demand themselves and do it first. In this way, students can be convinced, in order to establish the image and prestige of teachers in the minds of students. Therefore, teachers must lead by example and establish prestige to give students a model role.

4. Teaching forms should be diverse and stimulate students' interest

In the classroom teaching process, one can not adopt a form of teaching , which may make students feel that they are not fresh, can not afford the interest of learning, and easily open a gap in the classroom. When designing classroom teaching , teachers should use their brains and design some novel teaching forms. Teaching experience shows that changing the form of teaching often makes it easy to stimulate students' interest and improve students' enthusiasm for learning and learning efficiency.
