First, daily work:

1, dormitory health check:

The department conducts a weekly dormitory hygiene check as usual to ensure that students have a better living and learning environment. In conjunction with the new dormitory inspection system of the Department of Life, we added a dormitory decoration point during the inspection to remind the students to add more home atmosphere while keeping the dormitory clean, so that the students' life will be more colorful. The "civilized dormitory" adopts the 3+1 inspection method. The first three weeks of each month are regularly inspected by our Ministry of Life. According to the weekly evaluation of the previous three weeks, the excellent dormitory is selected. In the fourth week, the list is handed over to the Ministry of Life. Conduct a surprise inspection and finally evaluate the civilized dormitory this month.

2. Regular meetings of the Ministry of Life:

The Ministry of Life has consistently adhered to the regular meeting system of the Ministry of Life, which was held on the second floor of the dining hall at 9 pm every Tuesday. The main content involves the tasks assigned by each member and the progress of their activities, scheduling the work of the week, solving the problems and difficulties encountered in the work, as well as the planning preparation and conclusion after the event, including the achievements and shortcomings. Improve the inadequacies, brainstorm all the members of the questions raised, and strive to do their best.

3. The Ministry of Life Committee:

Timely communication with the living committee, reviewing the lack of hygiene every time, in order to check the health of the dormitory to achieve more fair and more tacit cooperation.

Second, the activities involved:

1. The Department of Economics and the Spanish-speaking Students' Union will jointly organize the 3rd Simultaneous Commodities Fair at the end of April. All members of our department will fully assist in the organization of this event, and cooperate with various departments to do relevant preparatory work and logistics. In addition, we are cooperating with the Department of Life of the Spanish Language Department to simulate the selection of “excellent merchants” in the Commodity Fair to better promote the cooperation between the two departments.

2. In order to allow more students to participate in the activities of the simulated trade fair, our Ministry of Life has specially carried out the “barter exchange space” activity. During the simulation of the trade fair, our event booths were well received by the students. During the process, each member actively participated in the cooperation and successfully reached multiple transactions, which became a highlight of the venue of the simulated trade fair.

3. The evaluation of the civilized dormitory of the class competition:

In order to resound the class competition, our department also carried out the evaluation of the civilized dormitory of the class competition, and evaluated each month's civilized dormitory, taking into account the inspection points of the dormitory, the attendance rate and performance of the members in the dormitory. The department actively participates in the work of the department and provides assistance. In the work, we learn from experience and immediately make up for it if it is found to be insufficient.

4. 5.12 Anniversary Day Yellow Ribbon Event:

To commemorate the first anniversary of 5.12, to mourn for those who died, and to pray for those who survived the disaster, our department distributed the yellow ribbon to every dormitory in the economic department to mourn the dead and bless the survivors. Attach a yellow ribbon and attach our blessings to the compatriots in the distance. Remind the students to cherish the present life, cherish the youth, and cherish life.

5. Ministerial meeting:

The ministerial meeting organized by the Bureau of the Bureau, the Ministry of Life as the first organizational department, started a good start, and the various departments spoke freely, which made the meeting come to a happy atmosphere.

6. In addition, our Ministry of Life has assisted many other departments to sponsor many activities including the Economics Knowledge Competition, the Economics Department 5+3 Basketball Tournament, the Economic Department Evening, etc. The members have intimate cooperation, harmonious relationship and active atmosphere. Third, the results and shortcomings:

There is no small matter in the work of the student union, and everything cannot be slacked. As a member of the Student Union, we constantly improve our abilities to make our work better and to better serve our classmates. In the past semester, I have done some work on the ground, but due to my own level and lack of experience, there are still some problems. In the new year, I will continue to work hard to achieve greater results.
