Our school teachers take the classroom teaching reform as their responsibility, strive to improve their own temperament, and actively explore the teaching ideas under the new situation. The performance is reflected in the continuous improvement of teachers' theoretical standards and practical ability. It is manifested in the continuous emergence of new teaching modes in classroom teaching , which is reflected in the in-depth study of educational research and research. The school has formed a strong atmosphere of study, research and reform. The teacher's theory has never been more abundant, the teacher's consciousness has never been “avant-garde”, and the teacher's reform has never been bold.
