The third grade is also the key to developing good habits. In response to the characteristics of the students' enthusiasm, I use the competition mechanism to send a competition book for each person. The third grade is the official start of student writing. The third grade writing teaching is often ignored by the teacher. In this semester, I attach importance to the cultivation of students' writing habits, pay attention to reminders in the classroom, use cultural meals to teach students to write, and strictly require students to write carefully.

There are differences in the students in this class. Due to its limited ability and lack of teaching experience, there are still many problems in the teaching of this semester, mainly:

1. The bad study habits of individual students still need to be further corrected. The students in this class are lively and active, and some of them have problems in habits--the writing habits are very poor, the writing posture is not correct, the homework cannot be done consciously, and some students are scribbled. Other student assignments cannot be handed in on time. Or there is no strong will to encounter difficulties, and will not actively overcome the solution.

2. The level of writing is too different. The writing interest of the students in the class is relatively strong, but the difference between eugenics and poor students is relatively large. The development of the writing level of the whole class is not balanced enough. In the future teaching , it should be overcome.

3. It is not enough to try to build an open and democratic teaching model in the classroom.

4. There are few teaching achievements and there are not many students winning. In the future teaching , we will strictly ask ourselves to let students write more and submit more manuscripts, and strive for more works to win or publish.
