Summary of physical education work in the first half of 2012
The sports work of this semester is about to end. I completed my sports work successfully this semester. Now I will summarize the work of this semester as follows.
I love the motherland and support the Chinese Communist Party. Fully implement the party's educational policy and loyal to the party's educational cause. Concerned about national events. Actively participate in various political activities organized by the school, earnestly study the three representatives, and conscientiously implement the school's rules and regulations. Teaching and educating people is a comprehensive art that shapes the soul. Seeing how happy the children are as a teacher, how happy I am to be a teacher. From caring for and caring for them, persisting in positive education, patiently guiding, affirming their achievements, caring for their self-respect, encouraging them to continue their efforts, satisfying their reasonable demands and helping them solve their difficulties.

My physical education is mainly summarized from three points. Using this law can reduce the occurrence of injury accidents, and enable students to exercise scientifically and grow healthily. Develop students' methods of scientific exercise in the teaching process. Secondly, I pay special attention to the cultivation of human cognitive rules in the teaching process. In this way, students can learn technology and form skills as soon as possible, so that physical education teachers can truly achieve intensive teaching and practice, laying the foundation for the teaching methods and organizational methods of physical education research and science. Finally, I pay special attention to the students' ideological education in teaching , and use the characteristics of physical education materials combined with specific content to educate students. Cultivate students' consciousness, organization, discipline, collective honor, not afraid of suffering, not afraid of tired, brave and tenacious spirit. The organic combination of these three points will make the physical education work play a multiplier role.
Second, work between classes.
At the beginning of the school, I focused on broadcasting exercises. Because students have a stranger to the radio exercise after a winter vacation. If they do not pay close attention to review, once the students develop bad habits, it will be difficult to correct them. Therefore, I mainly teach the broadcasting exercises through the following points. First, strengthen the ideological education of students, so that students truly recognize the importance and necessity of doing exercises, and cultivate students' good habits of paying attention to exercise, consciously doing exercises, insisting on doing exercises, and earnestly doing exercises. Second, physical education teachers should use the demonstration correctly. Demonstration is one of the main teaching methods of physical education . Through demonstration, students can establish correct action representations. Therefore, teachers are required to demonstrate clearly, accurately, standardizedly and gracefully. Third, the explanation should be less and more refined. My explanation in the teaching of broadcasting exercises is mainly to combine my demonstration actions to let students deepen their understanding of movements. Fourth, the password should be clear, loud, and accurate. Fifth, correct the wrong action in a timely manner.

I am able to lead the graduating class students to amateur training for a long time, and to train and have plans, stages to have tests, test records, and lead students to the scientific system for training. In the training time, in order not to delay the study of students, I am training every day after the sun rises and after the sun sets. During the training process, I and the class leader worked hard to do the work of the students and parents so that the parents could let the students train and enable the students to train with peace of mind. In the work of students and parents, the leaders and class teachers also did a lot of work for me and supported my training. Therefore, in the future work, we must redouble our efforts and strive for good results.
In the work, I strictly demand myself, work hard, and can complete all the tasks given by the school. In order to improve my own temperament, I actively participate in various trainings. Usually, I often consult relevant teaching materials. At the same time, I often contact students outside the classroom and always care about them.
Of course, there are some deficiencies in the teaching work, and further efforts are needed in the future.
