In the course of my work, I found that this job is not as simple and easy as collecting money, but that we have learned a lot of things. In order to facilitate future work, the experience and lessons of past work must be analyzed, researched, summarized, concentrated, and raised to the theoretical level.

First, we must learn to see people. Because we are doing credit loans, if you make a mistake in the first step, and say more good words in the future, I am afraid it will be difficult to achieve the desired results. The most feared of collecting money is this kind of person who is rich but not willing to pay, not someone who has no money and can't pay back.

Second, we must learn to cultivate customers and retain customers. We are doing business and our customers are our God. So how can we seize our God? The principle of loan risk control is that the "training is not less than five days" can not be underestimated, but must be implemented in earnest. If you carefully compare two groups of creditors, one of which is training for five days and the other is not training, then you will find that the trained creditors have a much better sense of repayment than the untrained creditors. The phrase "playing Jiangshan is easy to defend the mountains and rivers" is estimated to become a true portrayal of our work in the future. As long as we succeed in this microfinance project, I firmly believe that it will succeed. Then I believe that the competition of ABC will follow. The current agricultural card business of ABC is generally 20,000 or 30,000. We have a strong advantage over this. Customers like to borrow more money. Doing a bigger career is not a question. And the interest rate of ABC is much lower than our interest rate. Of course, their business should be better than us, but I personally think that it is not so successful, why? Because they don't have our people, we don't have to go into the village farmhouse services like us. However, as long as we have a successful appearance, I believe they will immediately recruit a group of college students to go to the countryside to start our "same" work, then When the competition really comes. Therefore, we have carried out such work now, and we must think about how to hold the "Jiangshan" in the future. Creditors are people, people have feelings. When they become our customers, we must treat them with sincerity, and we help her when they have difficulties. We must strive to be their close friends. If you do this, then you are absolutely assured of this customer.

Third, we must learn to manage. We have more customers. If you don't have good management skills, then your problem will come. The problem is bothering you and being depressed. First you have to learn to allocate your time reasonably so that you can work better. Although your time is for the credit card, and there are a lot of creditors, you can't satisfy all the creditors, then we have to learn how to manage our own creditors. There is another one, you must learn to manage accounts, because the financial business we do involves money, and people are the most serious and serious about money. We can't be sloppy, we can't care about it. We must carefully manage our bills and be responsible to the creditors, responsible for the credit unions, and even more responsible for ourselves.

Fourth, we must learn to be human. "To learn to do things, you must first learn to be a person." In fact, this sentence is very reasonable. If you don't be a person, then you won't make better things. Because when you do things, the first thing you face is people. When you enter a company, you can't adapt to your work environment, your relationships, and talk about making better things. We must first communicate with the old employees in our credit union, handle the interpersonal relationship, and do the work every day with a happy mood and a positive spirit, so that the credit union is my home, to the credit cooperative. Just as happy as returning to your warm, harmonious home. In the face of customers, we are better at doing our own jobs, showing our excellent service attitude and professional quality, so that the creditors and themselves are like a family. And we have to learn to return to our customers from time to time. Our business is not to release the loan, but to recover the loan, then we must maintain a good relationship with the credit, have their latest harvest information, have their thoughts, so we will not be passive. If you do these things, then I believe that the business volume will rise linearly, and the recovery rate will be 100%.

Fifth, future professional knowledge, work ability and specific work

1. Under the guidance of the leadership, the program and direction of the work were clarified, the work ability was improved, and a clear working idea was formed in the specific work. After doing the microfinance officer, I have been pursuing the goal of “doing my job better”, developing a sense of innovation, and actively and satisfactorily completing the tasks of leadership distribution. In the remaining time, I have strengthened my study business. The next step is to lay the foundation. Clearly work hard and propose improvement measures.

As a microfinance business, I feel deeply shouldered the heavy responsibility. As a company window, my own words and deeds also represent the company's image, so we must improve our own quality, high standards, and strengthen our own expertise. And skills.

2. Do the specific work assigned by your company's leaders and team leaders in a serious, timely and efficient manner. In order to carry out the work smoothly and coordinate with the work of the credit union, in addition to doing my job well, actively cooperate with other colleagues in the credit union to do a good job.

3. Work attitude and hard work. I love my own job and can take every detail of my work seriously and eagerly to serve the farmers, earnestly abide by labor discipline, ensure on-time attendance, and stick to the post.

Summarizing the work in these three months, despite some progress, there are still many shortcomings in many aspects. For example, there are not many creative work ideas, individual work is not perfect, and business customer information is too small, which needs to be improved in future work. In the days to come, I will earnestly study various policies and regulations, strive to make work efficiency fully enter a new level, and make greater and more contributions to the development of your company.
