2. The town is unified on the 24th of each month. The centralized accounting staff is concentrated in the office. The content is:
1 Focus group study financial accounting system, business knowledge, legal and regulatory training.
2 Centralized review and accounting.
3 Focus on various reports and monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports.
4 Centrally calculate the national water fee and fill in the farmers' rights and obligations supervision card.
5 Centrally calculate the direct subsidies for grain, comprehensive direct subsidies, and improved seed subsidies to farmers.
6 Each farmer with a national water fee issues a peasant rights and interests supervision card. The farmers who do not have the burden pay the peasant rights supervision card in the fixed formula column on the group basis, one for each of the positive and negative sides, mainly the peasant Policy promotion.
III. Audit work This year, a total of four villages were examined, with a total amount of 1,213,600 yuan, including income and expenditure.
Fourth, conscientiously implement the three-agricultural policy of party committees and governments at all levels, and complete the various subsidy payments on time to the villages, groups, and farmers. Among them, the grain is directly subsidized, and 4318 households are directly subsidized, with an area of 9480.53 mu, with a total amount of 797.027 million yuan, and a total subsidy of 19,414 mu, with a total amount of 231.16 million yuan. The bank account that performs the transfer method is cashed to the farmers, and there is no misappropriation, withholding, and arrival.
V. Various statistical reports shall be timely and conscientiously do a good job in the management of peasants' burdens in XX. The whole town shall be charged on the head of the peasants without chaos, and there shall be no ride-to-charge phenomenon.
