Music teaching is not valued in many schools, because the necessity of music teaching does not exist very much. 1. Examination:

2, classroom teaching:

Adhere to the aesthetic education as the core, pay attention to cultivating students' hobbies, hobbies and feelings about music. Through hard work, it cultivates sentiment, enlightens and inspires students' hobbies and pursuits. Focus on students as the main body, let students actively discover, explore, and feel music, analyze music, and emerge music in a comfortable music practice, and create music on the basis of certainty. The high school music appreciation class also participated in a practical activity that allowed students to introduce music and express their artistic insights, which also enabled the students to exercise their skills.

What is not enough is that it focuses on the cultivation of feelings and hobbies, and slightly neglects the teaching of the knowledge of junior high school and high school students. 3. Classroom governance:

In order to enable students to take music lessons easily and comfortably, the inspirational skills are used to make students show good quality. Use hard work to capture the attention of students. Good faith criticism and correction have also been made for acts that undermine classroom order.

Not enough: there is not enough criticism of the students' behaviors that disturb the classroom. I always think that students are not comfortable, just immature. So give them a more relaxed environment. As a result, they are not really familiar with their own faults and have no fear. Therefore, we should pay special attention to rewards and punishments and grasp the scale. In particular, it is a high school student who has a superior sense of group sitting in a classroom without a desk or a podium. Also, the power of funny is not enough.

4. Extracurricular activities:

In order to better cultivate students' hobbies for music, according to the plan of the school, a chorus and a band were formed in Baoxian. The members of the chorus are basically voluntarily enrolled. There is no practice time for extracurricular activities on Mondays and Thursdays. The members of the band are made up of students who have a foundation in instrumental music. Rehearsing every two weeks on weekends.

During this semester: the first concert of the middle school was held; the students were organized to attend the performance of the party exchanges between the University and the Canadian International School of Hong Kong; the "Three Independents" competition of the High School of the Middle School was held; the leaders and teachers of the school Under the joint efforts, the annual “Bao Ji Shan Sound” large-scale cultural performance was held more victoriously.

Not enough: failed to achieve the plan to build a band in the high group. Learning instrumental music is a good art practice. For high school students who have less music lessons and havetily to learn, learning to play some instruments is very beneficial to their study and life. Many middle schools in the city have student band. The report has been submitted, I believe that our school will soon be able to form its own band. Did not attend the chorus competition in the city, so that students lost a chance to present their own opportunities, learning and exercise. There is a real burden in my heart.

About the "Sound of Baoji Mountain" art performance. I thought that it was only a large-scale event where teachers and students enjoyed the New Year and celebrated the New Year. The program was not very strict, which scented the quality and effectiveness of the whole party. The whistle was lengthy. The host can't be arrogant, and should be strictly selected to guarantee the quality of the party. You should also do the preparatory work before the art performance. Such as: venue, audio, staff and their work. The show must be rehearsed at the performance venue in advance.

5. Other:

I often use breaks to collect all kinds of music and cultural materials at my own expense, so that students can listen more, see more, and get in touch with excellent works, so as to increase their knowledge and gain more beautiful feelings. If the conditions are promised, students can also get local contact with computer music. In addition, I also pay great attention to my own learning. Such as: attending music teaching and research activities in the city; practicing professional skills; reading some newspapers, magazines in music, education, culture, etc.; educational workstations on the Internet to communicate with Chinese teachers everywhere. But what is not enough is that there are too few lectures, which has made me lose a lot of opportunities for direct learning.

Consciously doing things is still careful, but considering too much lack of courage. There are also some people who will not use the strengths of the Student Union and the Youth League Committee to carry out activities.
