Unconsciously, the school-based training work has been close to a year. In this year, I have gained a lot and benefited a lot. As a national teacher, I strive to transform the theoretical knowledge of learning into practical kinetic energy, so that it can effectively guide the teaching work of the small country. Through training, I learned to change my own education and teaching work, and constantly reflect and adjust myself under the guidance of new ideas. Every time I took a class, I carefully prepared and carefully designed it through the convenient way of using the Internet.
