I. Teaching and research work
1. Organizing the report of Jiangsu Province Education Science Research Project
In this semester, we carefully organize all kinds of various types of the city according to the spirit of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan for Education Science in Jiangsu Province" and the "Guidelines for the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for Education Science in Jiangsu Province", combined with the development requirements of the situation and the actual work of the city. The school has done a good job in the application of the two topics and has actually improved the quality of the application. The first is the application of the special topic of the middle school. This is the first time that Jiangsu Province has set up a topic for the education of the state. The city has applied for 11 projects. The second is the “11th Five-Year Plan” of the Jiangsu Provincial Education Science. The city has applied for 20 projects. Question. 2. Organizational problem identification

The topics are novel, exquisite, insightful, realistic and pragmatic, and smooth writing. A total of 92 first prizes were awarded, including 28 in China, 46 in small countries and 18 in kindergartens.
4. Recognized a group of advanced scientific research collectives, individuals and outstanding achievements
Since the "10th Five-Year Plan", with the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform, both the principal's school-running thinking and the teacher's educational concept have undergone fundamental changes. "Scientific research and development" and "research and education" have become the majority of education. Workers have consciously acted, and have made great achievements in teaching and research work, promoted the all-round development of students' quality, promoted the obvious improvement of teachers' professional level, and promoted the harmonious development of school work. In order to fully affirm and demonstrate the scientific research results obtained, the Education Bureau decided to commend the outstanding achievements of 22 advanced collectives, 59 advanced individuals and 55 research projects. 5. Conduct special research on teaching and research work

6. Continue to do the editing of internal publications
This semester, edited two issues of "Jintan Education Research" and one issue of "Educational Intelligence". Completed the educational record - the compilation of "educational research".
Second, "Wen Ru Ren" studio
I am responsible for the national-level project "Study on the teaching mode of primary school students' life composition" and "Wen Ruqiren Studio". This semester has carried out seminars in Yin Xuemei Guoxiao, Changsheng Guoxiao and Zhixi Center Elementary School, both theoretical studies. There are also classroom observations, both commentary and suggestions. The studio members learn from each other and improve together.
Three studio members and three sub-group members attended six research sessions for each of them. There were three themes, one was the theme of family life, the other was the theme of social life, and the third was the theme of festival life.
Learning is one of the prerequisites for teachers' professional growth.
