Since the transfer to xx work on March 15th, just entering the first week of the xx project, I feel that the overall quality of the project is good, the details are flawed, and the necessary comprehensive control measures are lacking in the field management. Through many communication and communication with xxx, the main points of on-site management work were determined, and the following specific work was carried out.
First, the main body, decorative quality objectives
1. Determine the quality target: the main project qualification rate is 93%, the decoration engineering qualification rate is 95%.

2. Coverage rate of technology and safety supervision is 100%
Third, the operation of the integrated management system
1. Since the implementation of the integrated management system on March 22, each unit project manager, on-site construction supervisor, and technical personnel have been given an opportunity to learn from each other. The weekly comprehensive inspections reflect the problems of on-site safety, on-site civilized construction, sub-division, sub-item quality defects and superiority of each construction unit; the quality of sub-projects is superior to each other. There are some areas where safety and on-site civilized construction are not in place, and defective parts of quality can be rectified and improved next week. The same problem will not occur in other buildings.
2. In order to enable the general contracting project manager and the on-site construction supervisor to understand and implement the comprehensive management policies and objectives of the engineering department, the engineering department has established a comprehensive inspection system and guidelines, adopting various forms of publicity and education, using engineering meetings, special meetings, Comprehensive inspection and questioning and other means to strengthen publicity, so that the general contracting project manager and on-site construction supervisor of each building know the comprehensive management policy of the engineering department, strengthen the understanding of the employees on the comprehensive management policy and objectives, and in the management work and the actual construction process. It is better implemented.
3. Facilitate the improvement of the comprehensive management system, compile comprehensive management manuals, program files and various record forms, establish an archived comprehensive management system, comprehensively organize the normal operation of the system, and implement daily safety, quality, and on-site civilized construction supervision. an examination. Do a good job in the control and management of on-site archives data, records and data analysis, do a good job in the supervision and management of the construction site, establish control points for key and special processes, and stipulate control and record requirements. Collect and analyze the information reported by the general contracting project manager and the information within the company, and organize and implement the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

1. 2. As a civil engineer in the engineering department, I understand that the work, as long as I keep working hard, can achieve certain results. But if you just think of it and stop and don't do it, it's just painting the cake to fill the hunger and never reach the goal. Every branch and sub-project is constantly considered in the pre-construction period. In combination with the spirit of the company's leadership meeting, under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project, the capital investment is reduced and the full-use function is ensured. Such as: 1-8 building flat roof, 1-4 building exterior wall shape, storage room floor and other sub-projects, saving money, but also convenient construction of the construction unit, and to ensure the quality and safe use of functions. Think of it, and do more, this is the guarantee that all work can be successfully completed.
V. Quality Management
1. Grasp the control beforehand and strictly control the process.
Throughout the process, I insisted on pre-existing control and active control, compiled quality control plans based on design files, developed specific procedures, and defined work content, acceptance criteria, and work requirements. According to the requirements of the specification, the on-site quality management was carried out, and the measurement and positioning of the project were carried out, including on-site review of the axis size and horizontal elevation, which further clarified the objectives and requirements, and created conditions for the smooth development of the work.
2. Strictly put the semi-finished raw materials into the market.
All incoming raw materials, that is, inspection certificate, permit, warranty, etc., are inspected after meeting the requirements. After no abnormal situation, witness the sample to be sent to the testing center for re-inspection, so that the materials can be used after the first inspection. The material was rejected for use in the project. The building materials certificate and quality insurance policy of the project are complete. Among them, a total of 68 steel certificates, quality insurance policies and re-examination reports were examined. The cement factory certificate, quality insurance policy and re-examination report were 21 copies for steel, cement, stone and yellow. The main building structural materials such as sand have undergone random inspection and re-inspection after entering the site, all of which meet the qualification requirements.
3. Strict process inspection and enhanced process control.
In the process of construction supervision, the construction process inspection method is strengthened, so that the construction after the inspection is first applied, and the construction of the previous process is not allowed to enter the construction of the next process. The inspection and acceptance engineering department of the concealed project pays special attention to the focus. The key parts were supervised by side stations, such as cast-in-place reinforced concrete, beams, slabs, ladders, and roofing. During the construction, I paid great attention to the construction quality of the reinforced concrete project, especially the floor project, and strictly controlled. During the whole construction process, I made the quality of the lashing of the steel bars, the pouring thickness of the plates, and the mix ratio of the concrete. Controls such as slump and maintenance are the key points to ensure the quality of concrete construction. In the wall construction, I caught the following key points: one is the wet water of the brick; the second is the correct mixing of the mortar; the third is the quality of the masonry, in which the fullness, adhesion, vertical flatness and knot of the mortar The setting of the ribs is the key to supervise the control.
4. On-site supervision and control
In the on-site supervision and control, a total of 6 sets of c30 concrete standard test blocks were sent for inspection, and 6 sets of the same condition maintenance test blocks were selected. A total of 58 sets of c25 concrete standard test blocks were sent for inspection, and 58 sets of the same condition maintenance test blocks were used. Block 46, check the column of steel bar butt welding test pieces, the evaluation results are all qualified. In the course of construction work, a total of 8 contact lists were issued, and 15 notices were rectified. The on-site comprehensive inspection meeting attended by the three parties was implemented once a week to solve the relevant problems in the construction.
5. Strengthen post-event control to ensure that the construction quality meets the requirements.
There was no quality accident in the whole process of the project. As a general quality problem, the construction unit passed the self-inspection and internal rectification after self-inspection; on the other hand, the construction unit was notified to rectify after inspection. Timely urge the construction unit to collect and organize all kinds of engineering materials, and carefully do their own on-site comprehensive inspection data. Generally speaking, the project has achieved good results through strict control and the construction quality. The quality of the main body is safe and reliable. The exterior brickwork is generally smooth and smooth. No obvious cracks are found on the floor, wall sills and toilets. Several leaks were found on the roof and all were effectively controlled.
6. Quality of engineering foundation and main structure
During the construction process of the strip foundation, the on-site tracking of the side station, the section size of the strip foundation, the concrete mix ratio, the vibrating and other quality control, and the concrete test block were sampled according to the requirements of the specification. Including the earthwork, formwork, steel, concrete and other sub-projects, and on the basis of careful acceptance and statistics of the segment project, the contractor has been rated as qualified and confirmed by the engineering department.
7. Quality of the main structure
In the main structure, the structural columns, beams and brick walls are inspected and accepted according to the process during the construction process. From the inspection and acceptance, the overall quality is good. Among them, the three major sub-projects of steel bar engineering, formwork engineering and concrete engineering all met the qualifications, and the self-assessment and self-assessment of the contractor and the engineering department and supervision and acceptance all met the qualified standards.
8. Quality of decorative divisions
A total of 16 inspections were carried out in the decoration division project, of which the brick surface was divided into 18 inspection batches, the general plastering division had 25 inspection batches, the facing bricks were 18 inspection batches, and the paint finishing sub-items were 6 inspections. Batch, each sub-project experience received, all meet the eligibility criteria.
9. Quality control information
The engineering department of the project believes that the physical quality of the project meets the requirements of the design drawings and relevant specifications and standards according to the quality of the sub-projects and divisions. The quality of the perception is good, the quality control data is basically complete, and the safety and functional testing data of the main projects are complete.
