Summary of the annual work of the Ministry of Literature and Art

In a blink of an eye, one semester has passed. Looking back at the work of this semester, there are lessons to be learned, and there is joy and loss. It can be said that it is mixed.

The first big thing in this semester was the hosting of the xxxx year welcome party. Due to the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, which coincides with the 60th anniversary this year, the theme of the party will be "Flower Years. Heguo Qingqing Mid-Autumn Festival Welcome Party". The preparations for the party are of course unprecedentedly arduous and arduous. As early as the summer vacation, we set the theme, wanted the show, and formed the prototype of the party. When we started school, we started looking for actors and programs. Because this year's students are talented and expressive, they have planned several programs in the freshmen, on the one hand, to express their talents, and on the other hand, to integrate them into the family of our law school earlier. This time, because of the sufficient funds and the attention of the leaders, in addition to the heavy weight of clothing and props, we have added multimedia assistance to improve the technical content of the party. Overall, the party was a success, but there were also shortcomings. First of all, the selection of the host, the freshman of the freshman is slightly young, and the handling of the emergency is not timely and effective. For this problem, only the cultivation of new people was considered at the time, but the importance of the party was neglected. Secondly, the connection with other departments was not enough, which led to the long distance between the evening shows, which affected the continuity of the whole party. For the above problems, it will be corrected in the future.

Then there is the opening and closing ceremonies of the organization of the Games. Considering that the format of the previous session of the Games was too monotonous, this time joined the performance of the dance, and also received a good response.

Then it is responsible for the opening ceremony of the school sports meeting. However, due to the lack of information communication with the school, the requirements for performance were unclear, and because of the insufficient attention paid to this performance, the opening performance of our college was too simple and directly affected the image of the college. I feel deeply guilty and determined not to make similar mistakes again.

The last event was an outdoor development type of student union that was co-operated by our Ministry of Culture and Sports. Our department is mainly responsible for the overall design of the previous activities, and the Ministry of Sports is responsible for following up the details and implementing the specific process. This is the first collective activity of our student union family. It is very meaningful. In the future, we can carry out more similar activities, on the one hand to promote the integration and exchange of student unions, and on the other hand, the atmosphere of active organization.

Of course, interspersed among the major activities, as well as the active figure of our entertainment department, it is indispensable to host all kinds of activities.

In general, this year has been overwhelming, hard work, and strive for greater success next year.
