Learning Department 2019 Annual Work Summary
With the end of xxxx years, the work of the study department this semester has come to an end. Overall, it was very smooth, and all members of the Learning Department’s family worked very hard to get the job done. There are successes and failures in this, there is joy and bitterness, there is sweat and tears, but we have all worked hard after all, which is enough.
This semester inherits the previous work mode of the learning department, and the deputy part-time workers carry out the routine work of the department. The minister is mainly responsible for the presentation and suggestion, and the department members jointly implement it. After the department activities, they will be summed up in time to make the future work better.

First, the main work of the department

On December 8th, xxxx, the law school freshman speech contest was successfully held in the mock court. As one of the most important activities of the year led by the learning department, all the students in our department actively participated and worked hard to effectively ensure the activities. It’s still a long time, and there’s nothing wrong with it. Our activities always have its highlights, and there are also his shortcomings. Now that the event has come to an end, all we have to do is to sum up in time. The following is a summary of our activities:
First, the division of labor is clear, and members follow up
In the preparation stage of the activity, we carried out a division of labor according to the requirements of the work, so that the work was distributed to the point and the responsibility was put in place. Every student in our department is also active after receiving the task, concentrate on the work, and do everything in their power to complete their own affairs. But when we are sure of us, we also deeply see a big shortcoming, that is, our follow-up system is not implemented enough. For example, the person in charge has misunderstood the coordination work. The assignment of this task is mainly the responsibility of the Minister, and the person in charge of the activity is Ye Hao. Since the two sides did not make further communication before, the task follow-up process was interdependent and no one followed up. Although it was remedied in time, it increased the workload. This error deserves our vigilance. In an activity, the role of the person in charge is enormous, and his overall power to co-ordinate naturally requires him to have a comprehensive understanding of the entire process. Therefore, it is up to him to take the initiative to follow up the progress of the work of each person in the department. In the future activities, each of our responsible persons should establish a keen awareness of follow-up. As long as you are responsible, you must follow up and cut. Do not make such mistakes again.
Second, the sense of connection is enhanced, communication awareness is weak
The event was attended by two grades, namely 09 undergraduate students and 09 graduate students. In the face of such a distant age group, our department has established a good sense of unity from the very beginning, clearly categorizing the competition cage into a series of systems, and established the “two-year competition on the same stage. The guiding ideology of the awards not only ensures the fairness of the competition, but also guarantees that there is no phenomenon that the grouping is too scattered and similar to the two games. However, our communication awareness needs to be strengthened. For example, in the preliminary contest of the speech contest, after communicating with the 09-level graduate and undergraduate counselor Sun Wei, we found the 09-level undergraduate party branch and signed up and organized the competition. Throughout the process, we were too arbitrarily decentralized and led to the lack of publicity in our preliminary competition. Many of the 09 students are only part of the party branch's activities. I don't know that this is also the first round of the student union's new speech contest. Therefore, I missed the opportunity to sign up. This greatly affects not only the appreciation of the game, but also the improvement of the majority. The purpose of classmates' verbal ability. In the future, if there is such a situation, our department should send people into the activity planning team of the relevant unit to participate in the organization, which not only ensures that we want to achieve it, but also helps the relevant departments to work.
Third, the awareness of training before the game is enhanced, and the skills of the lectures are insufficient.
This is the first time in the history of our speech contest that there has been a pre-competition training session. Although it is not formal, "one small step for everyone has become a big step for humanity." After all, it is our department that summarizes the previous competitions. A new attempt after the lessons learned. Of course, as we said, it is not formal. It is reflected that at the specific level, the transfer of practical skills is still insufficient. The two major components of the speech: manuscript and expression. The requirements for manuscript writing, the tone, tone, etiquette, pitch, etc. of the speech, we have not been able to teach the contestants well - this is of course subject to our "teacher" conditions. Therefore, in the future competition, we can give due consideration to the above, for us to find a professional teacher. There is also a benefit in this way, that is, we can also conduct training seminars for the whole hospital in this way, not to waste resources, but also implement our purpose of improving the verbal ability of the majority of students.
Fourth, the overall effect of the game is good, and the details of the event are outstanding.
The effect of the evening's activities was obvious to all. Our hard work over the past month has not been in vain. But there are many details that we must summarize in detail after the victory. The first is the power limit. Whether our department has the right to approve the contestants to abstain directly. The answer is of course no. In an event, some regular and regular problems can and must be resolved by ourselves, but like this major issue that may affect the process of the final night game, we must ask for it and pass it. Followed by the scoring criteria. The de facto standard should be 70% of the proposition speech plus 30% of the impromptu speech, not the score of the proposition speech plus the score of the impromptu speech. This is a major omission that we were working on in the evening. In the future, similar activities should be taken as a warning. Finally, the production of the signboard is a bit of a small family, and in the course of the game, the students who placard should sit on the review.
Law school teacher lecture
During the semester, we have hosted 7 lectures by famous teachers and invited professors including Professor Zhang Wenxian and Professor Zhang Jinyu to give lectures. The students in our department worked actively and cooperated with the relevant units to complete the lectures.
Department recruits new training work
In line with past experience and work needs, a reasonable recruiting plan was developed, and six new officers were recruited this school year. A general training was carried out, mainly to introduce the regular work and systems of the department and the role of the department and individuals in the students. Then it is mainly the writing of the official document, focusing on the writing of the scheme. Finally, the game link helps the exchanges and understanding between the new and old officers.
Bulletin board activity.
Mainly through the promotion of the exhibition board, regular information on the learning of current events. This semester has made some innovations, different sections for the characteristics of students of different grades, and specially designed a booklet for freshmen, introducing learning methods and existing learning resources of the school to help them adapt to university life and study as soon as possible. .
