Strengthened team management and improved internal system

3. The management power is relatively weak. The county has an area of 18.5 square kilometers, more than 40 main and secondary roads, and a road length of more than 60 kilometers. At present, the law enforcement forces of the City Appearance Bureau still do not have people on duty on every road. The manpower of normal working hours is obviously insufficient. The weak time and weak links have no power to implement management.
4. The system and mechanism for comprehensive law enforcement in urban management have not yet been established, and it is very prone to the phenomenon of pushing and smashing and law enforcement to disturb the people.
5. The law enforcement environment is bad. Due to the low quality of the citizens, the violent law enforcement incidents have frequently occurred, which has affected the normal development of urban city appearance management law enforcement.
