I came to the Group's Architectural Design Institute in the past year. I passed the @month probationary period and I was fortunate to be an employee of the group. Looking back over the past few months, I have been strict with the support and help of the company's leaders and colleagues. I asked myself to complete my own work in accordance with the requirements of the company; I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders and colleagues of the company, and thank the company for giving me a chance to show myself. Through this period of work and study, there have been major changes in professional skills and thinking. The work situation in these months has been summarized as follows:
I. Understanding and Learning in the Internship Stage For the newly graduated college students, engaging in design work is both an opportunity and a challenge. I was fortunate to be a member of the Group's architectural design institute. In the months since I started working, I adapted to the working environment as soon as possible and integrated into the collective of the design institute. Under the care, support and help of the leaders and colleagues, we will earnestly study the knowledge of steel structure design, continuously improve our professional level and accumulate experience. During this period, I mainly studied the "Technical Regulations for Steel Structures of Lightweight Houses for Portal Frames", "Design Manual for Steel Structures", "Code for Architectural Design", "Code for Structural Design", etc., especially for the concept of steel structure design. The awareness has risen to a higher level. In the past few months, I have learned the amount of engineering, engineering quantity, and the design of the portal frame. Through these tasks, the understanding of the design of steel structure light houses has been gradually improved, and the connection and design of each component has been more comprehensive and economical. In the meantime, through the qualification of upgrading files, sorting out simple materials, and exercising patience, I realized that doing any work must be serious, responsible, and careful, and handle the relationship between colleagues and the importance of the relationship with the various departments of the group.
Through continuous learning and practice, we will apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned, gradually improve and improve our professional skills, and understand the core of the design work. Second, strengthen self-learning and improve professional knowledge. Through internships in recent months, I realized that my knowledge, ability and experience are still lacking. Therefore, I can't take it lightly in my work and study. I must be more committed and keep learning. Study books, learn from the surrounding leaders, and learn from colleagues, so I feel that I have made some progress. After continuous learning and continuous accumulation, I have already possessed certain design work experience, can treat all work tasks with a correct attitude, love my job, and earnestly work hard to implement it in practical work. Actively improve their professional qualities, strive for the initiative of the work, have a strong professionalism, responsibility, and strive to improve work efficiency and work quality.
Third, existing problems and future efforts. In the past few months, I have been able to work hard, love hardship, be proactive, and wholeheartedly put into work, and have achieved some results, but there are also some problems and deficiencies, mainly in :
First, just entering the society to start work, lack of experience, especially the design work is relatively difficult work, learning and practice while working, should use more brains, carefully look at the drawings, understand and see through, familiar with design specifications;
Second, sometimes the work is lazy, not serious enough, and work efficiency needs to be improved;
Third, their theoretical level, professional knowledge, and work experience are still very lacking, and they should study and practice harder.
In the future work and study, I am determined to seriously improve the level of professional knowledge, strengthen the sense of responsibility, contribute to the rapid development of the design institute, and contribute to the company's economic development by leaps and bounds. I think I should try my best to:
First, strengthen learning and broaden knowledge. Study hard on professional knowledge and relevant experience, and consult with experienced people such as leaders and colleagues. Strengthen the understanding of the development of steel structure design, the understanding of the development of the surrounding environment, the development of the same industry, and learn from their own strengths and weaknesses;
Second, in the principle of seeking truth from facts, actively do your own job, without delay;
