Unicom salesperson annual summary
In July of this year, I was very honored to join xxx and came to the Public Customer Center. I have been in the public customer center for half a year. During this period, my main job was to learn the operation of the business and ibss system in the store, and I was familiar with the operation process of the store. This half-year work is briefly reviewed and summarized.
In terms of business learning, we conducted a systematic study of various preferential packages and standardized our own interpretation. In these few months, mobile consulting is a job I often do, which puts high demands on my business proficiency. In the early stage of the work, sometimes I can't answer the customer's question, I need to find other colleagues to help. Later, with the help of colleagues, the work of mobile counselors and business navigators has been completed. When doing business at the front desk, you can also explain the business to the customer in detail and eliminate possible misunderstandings. While learning the business, the service specification is also an important part of my study, and now I have a deeper understanding of this.
Learning from the ibss system is an important part of my work over the past few months. Under the careful guidance of my teacher, I have been able to operate more skillfully and handle business when there are fewer customers, but the speed of operation is still slow compared with other salespersons. This requires me to improve through my own efforts. .
I also did a detailed understanding of the operation process of the store. Including the business study of the salesperson, the handling of customer complaints, the layout of the store, the placement of publicity materials, the division of labor and the respective duties of colleagues in different positions, the display of “four capabilities”, scheduling, work order management, and processing of revenues. The management of promotional gifts and cards has created better conditions for me to work in the future.
In November, I arranged for the director of the store to go to the Dongshan Branch Large Customer Center to assist the two sales staff to accept the business of the big customers. Due to the large number of large customers and the usual rush time at the end of the month, this has put a lot of pressure on the acceptance work. However, with the encouragement and support of my colleagues, I have overcome the difficulties of time-critical tasks and better completed my tasks. At the same time, he also exercised his ability to work in situations where there are many tasks.
In the past few months, the leaders and colleagues of Zhongshan Second Road Market have given me a deep impression of their excellent business level and good professionalism, and they have always influenced me. As a newcomer, there may be a lack of ability when I first started working. This requires myself to make up for it with a good working attitude. I have done my best to accomplish the task assigned to me by the leadership. I am also grateful to the leaders and colleagues of Zhongshan Second Road, who have given me a good example. In the work, I also formed a good relationship with the leaders and colleagues of the store, and laid a good foundation for cooperation in the future work.
While achieving certain results, I also have some shortcomings, mainly as follows:
One. Business learning and ibss operations are slower. Compared with other salespersons, my learning speed is really slow. Although there are objective difficulties, there are more subjective reasons. There are still many things to learn in the future work, to meet their high standards, strict requirements, and to master new knowledge and skills as soon as possible.
two. For the Guangzhou dialect, we should further strengthen our mastery. Although we have spent four years of college time in Guangzhou, but because of their lack of awareness of learning Cantonese, plus the roommates, most of the students are Mandarin speakers. It is no longer a problem, but when I communicate with older customers, because I don’t know how to speak Guangzhou, the other’s Mandarin is poorly heard, which brings some difficulties to communication. In the future work, Guangzhou dialect is also a relatively important skill and should be taken seriously.
three. Some service specifications are not in place, such as singing and paying, smiling, waiting for guests, etc. Although it seems to be only some details, it actually relates to the service quality and corporate image of the store. Sometimes these service specifications are not fully implemented, with the help of leaders and colleagues. I also recognized the importance of these specifications and made improvements.
four. The work rationality should also be strengthened. In the case that there are sometimes more customers, I am prone to rush, which affects the quality of my service. In the future work, you should learn to make reasonable arrangements for your work.
These deficiencies should attract my attention, learn lessons in a timely manner, and avoid them in future work.
