2019 annual grassroots personal advanced summary materials

I am grateful to the teachers for giving me such an opportunity. The honor of personal advancement in XX is a collective gift to me. I think, I will continue to contribute my collective strength to the collective.
These days, I have been remembering what I did in XX and what I have achieved? Finely broken, complicated, I tried to search for what I experienced, and finally something slowly precipitated, solidified, and finally settled in my memory.
After more than a year, what I care most about is the school's archives work. Although the teaching work is very important, the archival work is imminent and must go all out, so some of the reasons may be reversed. But I still want to share some of the experiences of doing archival work with you.
1. real.
The archive is the trajectory of history. The school archives objectively reflect the development of the school and are one of the most valuable assets of the school. The archives are the epitome of the school. In the past year or so, I strictly organized the school archives of XX to XX in accordance with the "pragmatic" and "seeking truth" work styles of the archives in accordance with the second-class standards of Hangzhou archives work. The school's archives work. Among them, the school hired President Wang Kungen as the file instructor and carried out the hands-on physical operation. From the very beginning, I did not know what the archive box was, and I was able to complete the operation autonomously. The sincere dedication of President Wang was immeasurable, and I also learned the knowledge. In November XX, Qian Xinhua, deputy director and teacher Shen Ying came to the school to give guidance on archival work. After listening to the constructive opinions of the experts, I had a deeper understanding of this work. In December XX, the horse continued non-stop, and with the help of teachers such as Zhou Shuji, Zhou Ling, Yu Dandan, Zhu Peina, Yan Hong and Lou Li, a comprehensive rectification was carried out against the Hangzhou City Level II standard. These are all real work, and they must not be false. In a word, you need a little hard work.
2. Diligent.
Diligence is the basis for archival work. Only when you are diligent will things become logical. After the summer of XX, Yu Zhuowei explained the work of the archives. I deeply feel that the responsibility is great and I can't relax. At the beginning, the work was just sporadic. Just like the primary school students doing their homework, do a little more and let the principal of Wang Kungen verify it. If he is afraid of doing something wrong, he will have to rework. Because, at that time, the archives were still very unfamiliar, and the concept was very vague, and I couldn’t catch the idea. As the learning progressed, I gradually outlined the image of the school archives. The summer vacation of XX is a holiday worth remembering. I spent the whole summer in the school. At that time, there was no air conditioning in the archives. Although there was a layer of curtains to cover, at noon, the sun in the west was shining straight, and it was still in full swing. A colleague commented: "When you come inside, you will go to the sauna." But I still work patiently and patiently. In the evening, the temperature of my bedroom was high, so I dried up to eleven or two at night and the temperature returned to the room. I have been working on archives for a whole summer vacation, never going online, never looking at the newspaper. Counting up and down, there are a few days, lying in bed, stunned, remembering the work left over from the day, and then getting up from dawn to three o'clock. Then my heart will be solid, and I will feel at ease when I sleep. This job sometimes says a word, but it takes a lot of time to do it. For example, it took three days to sort out the infrastructure files of our school, and it took a day and a half for origami. In a word, I believe that Heaven will definitely pay for it.
Although the archives of the school have not been systematically and completely sorted out from XX to XX. The acceptance of XX years is not realized. There are still many things to do, and I will continue to adhere to the work attitude held by the archivists, so that the history of our school shines in the mirror of the archives.
XX has turned over one page, and the reverberation is still lingering in the ear, but after all, it will be buried by the solid footsteps of XX, but my heart is eternal. Anyway, standing at a new starting point, I only silently recite a sentence in my heart: I hope so often, new things every year!
Sincerely look forward to XX.
