First, in order to implement the "People's Republic of China Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Law" and the central "four subsidies" to support agriculture and farmers, closely focus on rural economic development, agricultural savings and efficiency, farmers' income increase targets to improve the structure of agricultural equipment, Further strengthen the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, build resource-saving and environment-friendly agriculture, implement the “machine-based cattle”, and improve the rural mechanization level of the blood-stricken villages. In XX, there were 89 subsidies for rural purchases in our town, with a total subsidy of 193,500 yuan.
Second, earnestly carry out the relevant spirit of the Party, organize the operators to learn the traffic laws, and educate the operators to abide by the "Tao" to pay various traffic taxes and fees as a qualified driver.
3. Under the unified leadership of the County Agricultural Machinery Bureau, the county supervisory station conducted an annual review of the vehicles in the town in March and April of XX, with an annual audit rate of 98% and a driver's annual review of 99%.
Fourth, this year my town is paying close attention to safety. In XX, tractors and agricultural transport vehicles did not have large or small accidents, which guaranteed people's lives and property, and at the same time reflected the driver's awareness of safety.
