Under the leadership of the School and Personnel Department, the Talent Exchange Center has done the following work:
First, daily management work
Do a good job in the political and ideological work of the personnel to be hired and transferred. While hiring and transferring staff are giving policy guidance, they also care about them and their families in terms of ideology, work and life. This year, the job transfer of a worker was solved, which enabled him to play his own specialties in the new position and was well received by the employment department. After careful and detailed understanding of the work of another employee to be hired, he also made reasonable arrangements for him. For employees with long sick leave, they often go to the electricity or give appropriate difficulties. This year's condolences, visits to the staff of the recruitment or talent exchange center, about 10 people, the school's warmth to the hearts of the staff.
This year, the management staff of the talent exchange center has been reduced due to retirement, but the work has been increasing. Through rational allocation of human resources, we have fully utilized the enthusiasm of each of the comrades in the center, united and cooperated with each other, and the division of labor does not separate the family. In the end, the contradictions were resolved in a timely manner, and the task of this year was completed better.
Continue to do the daily management of personnel agency work. And in accordance with the provisions of the school file to do a standardized management, requiring the employment department to renew the contract must apply in advance. This year, the contract was terminated with one contractual expiration, which was the first step for the hiring staff to really get in and out.
According to the reform of the school's employment methods this year, we will participate in the formulation of the temporary method of the “talent dispatch” employment method of Donghua University, the flow chart of talent dispatch, and the “talent dispatch” of Donghua University, etc., to form a standardized service system and a series of work procedures. At the same time, as the management department of the dispatched personnel, they actively carried out the service work for the dispatched personnel and the employment department, and repeatedly explained the “talent dispatch” policy and various procedures for them, and timely solved various problems. This year, five talented personnel were sent to work in the school.
For the cleaning work of the four buildings managed by the Talent Exchange Center, this year standardized the cleaning attendance system and the cleaning assessment method, from simple cleaning to cleaning, management and service. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the work of the staff and enhance the cohesiveness of the employees. Most of the employees are not far from the pipeline and the roads can be greedy and ruthless. In this year's two activities of pre-assessment and formal evaluation of undergraduate teaching, everyone took the initiative to ask for overtime, excellence, cleaning, service and management work received praise from the school and the post-protection department.
Do a good job in the agency service center. According to the different work characteristics and methods of the school Songjiang and Yan'an Road campuses, the job responsibilities of the employees are refined, and the notices and files of the colleges and departments of the two campuses are guaranteed to be delivered and distributed on time. At the same time, do a good job of posting and cleaning the newspapers on the Yan'an Road campus, so that students and faculty members can get a timely understanding of the situation at home and abroad, inside and outside the school.
Do a good job in the currency allocation. The monetization of housing involves the vital interests of each employee. The contradiction between the employees and the working age is more prominent. We actively cooperate with the school housing office to make in-depth and meticulous work and resolve conflicts according to the specific conditions of each individual. The monetization of the talent exchange center was smoothly carried out.
Cooperate with the personnel of the Personnel Office to do the daily management of the expert apartment. Organize special personnel to do the cleaning and equipment maintenance and repair work of the expert apartment to ensure that experts can stay with them.
Actively participate in the activities of the school and trade union organizations, won the third prize in the "March 8" Women's Day activities this year, and actively cooperated with the general branch of the organization to do the election of the 14th National People's Congress of Changning District.
Problems and work ideas
At present, the talent exchange center can provide jobs for unemployed people, and there are few other jobs besides cleaning work. Therefore, the director of the center is also the deputy director of the Personnel Department. The whole school has a game of chess, broadening the channels for exchange of information between talents inside and outside the school, and actively creating opportunities for unemployed personnel.
Further improve the service quality of the agency service center. For the departments that need the services, take the initiative to go to the door, do diligent, diligent, timely, accurate, so that the quality of service to a higher level.
Improve the cleaning management of the four buildings. Do a monthly assessment and find problems in a timely manner. Give full play to the ownership of the employees, and strive to have a manager check and no inspection.
