1. The position is not clear and the duties are chaotic.
At present, the number of employees in the company is small, and many jobs are done by everyone. The department applied, so that everything went to the general manager, which increased the workload of the leadership, and also affected the leadership to deal with other important work. In the long run, it will have a serious impact on the company's development, so hope This problem can be solved early in the new year.
2. The management system is imperfect and difficult to implement.
I saw that the company also printed a management system. The above clearly invented the duties and rights of each position. However, there are not many people who dare to know about the company's employees. Most people don't even know what their duties are. What are the rights, so there are often some things in the work that are not right, which has a very serious impact on work efficiency. This issue is expected to be addressed by the company's leaders and resolved in a timely manner.
