1. Responsibilities of work:

To divert the vehicles entering and leaving the backyard, keep the fire exit of the backyard unblocked, etc., registration work: check the entry of outsiders into the construction of the shopping mall; inspection work: during the day to patrol the mall for suspicious personnel; whether the fire exit is unblocked; whether the fire protection facilities are occupied Wait; at night, check whether there are fire-fighting equipment, construction certificates, construction safety hazards, etc. in the construction area;

Second, fire knowledge:

In September, the Fire Bureau held four lectures on the fire safety knowledge publicity and education. We went to listen to the speeches of other shopping malls and were deeply touched. Before that, we were still "three abilities", "three understandings, three meetings". In the future, the implementation of the Fire Bureau's opinions, from the "three abilities", "three understandings, three meetings" to "four abilities, four understanding, four meetings" let us learn a lot, followed by daily exercises, fire drills, I learned a lot of knowledge and problems from it. In the leadership of a fire station to check our work, we conducted fire drills in the mall. The exercises were divided into two groups: one group was organized to extinguish the fire and the other group was organized to evacuate and escape, the leadership of the fire station. After reading it, I agree with it!

3. The shortcomings of existence and future efforts

Looking back at the work in the past six months, we have clearly seen the gaps and deficiencies in our own achievements while achieving results. The outstanding performance is as follows: First, because the players come from all directions, the comprehensive quality is uneven; second, our work methods still need further innovation and improvement; third, there are still some unsatisfactory places in the work. All of this, we will make up our minds in the future work, overcome and improve, and go all out to make the future work better and better.

The requirements for future work will be higher and the difficulty will be greater, which puts new and higher requirements on our work. We must face the reality and admit the difficulties, but we are not afraid of difficulties. We will face the difficulties and do our job well. Specifically, we must do "three re-innovations", "two big upgrades", and finally achieve "three aspects of satisfaction." Namely: re-innovation in ideological concepts, re-innovation in the quality of work, innovation in work methods; further improvement in work performance, greatly enhance in their own image; finally reach the satisfaction of company leaders!
