For example, in the sliding mode of the prilling tower and the chimney, the small tonnage jack we used to lift the sliding form platform was later decided to adopt the large tonnage jack and the small tonnage jack from the xx chimney after comparison and technical and economic analysis. Compared with the following advantages: half of the support rod can be saved; the support rod has a higher clearance length, and the slip mold safety can be more assured; the reinforcement work of the support rod is reduced. The two chimneys of the Guizhou xx project and the chimney of the xx heating project constructed in XX and XX years have adopted large tonnage jacks, and their technical and economic benefits are very obvious.
In addition, we have also reformed the sliding mode measurement technology. In the past, it was common to install a laser alignment meter in the center of the prilling tower or chimney, and the platform torsion was measured outside with a theodolite, which was very troublesome. Later, we arranged two laser alignment instruments on the symmetrical radius of the inside of the chimney relative to the center. According to the measurement data, the offset and torsion values of the platform can be directly calculated. Its fineness is improved and the workload is reduced.
Although we have achieved certain results in the sliding mode technology, there is still a long way to go from the advanced level of the world's sliding mode, which requires us to continuously improve the technology and summarize the experience. As for the chimneys and prilling towers constructed by our company, there are mainly the following problems: 1. We have not yet touched the slipform of the hyperbolic tower and the structure, and are limited to the sliding mode of the circular structure.
2, in the vertical transportation is relatively backward, the traditional method is to use the landing derrick plus variable amplitude pull rod or the derrick with the variable amplitude pull rod, this method is relatively backward, we can improve to: with a self on the outside of the cylinder The elevated tower not only meets the vertical transportation of steel and concrete, but also saves the cost of several hoists. In terms of long-term benefits, the latter is definitely more obvious than the former.
3. The steel platform produced according to the traditional method can only be used once, which not only wastes steel, but also increases the workload of disassembling the platform. If the platform is safely used, we will change the welding connection form of the platform member to bolted wire, which can be reused many times;
4. In the slip mode correction and twist correction, it is conceived to install an automatic collection control device on the outside of the lifting frame.
For those who have been engaged in technical management for a long time, no matter whether his technical level or construction ability is unquestionable, he feels that he lacks in management.
