1. Grasping the basic management, that is, grasping the quality of raw materials and preventing the disease from entering the mouth. For this reason, the testing center has intensified the census of the mines, strengthened the management of the incoming raw materials from the source, and implemented fixed-point purchases for the mines that meet the standards. , fixed-point storage, especially the implementation of a vehicle-to-inspection system for coal, and timely communication based on the test data and the raw materials department, so that the quality of raw materials is always maintained in a high-quality controlled state. At the same time, strengthen the supervision and inspection of the raw material workshop to ensure that the mixing ratio of the testing center is mixed into the warehouse, and the quality fluctuation range of the raw materials is minimized.
2. Increase the detection frequency of the bottom of the raw material storage. The control personnel will strengthen the inspection of the bottom of the library, and adjust the index ratio according to the material changes and test results to provide qualified raw materials for the vertical kiln calcination.
3. Adhere to the kiln as the center, focus on the stable bottom fire layer, and strengthen the monitoring of the opposite kiln calcination. The kiln is the heart of the production, quality and safety of cement companies, while the testing center is the eye that urges its healthy development, high quality and high yield. Therefore, in order to do a good job in production management, we must pay attention to the changes in the kiln situation from time to time, find out the reasons for abnormal kiln conditions, quickly adjust, curb the spread of unfavorable factors, and adjust the materials in time according to the actual situation reflected by the kiln workers, so that they have a pair. 4.
